Walked in without an appointment after getting a severe tooth ache within days of getting my check up and teeth cleaned at a different dentist. Cost of care on a bridge and Invisalign that I had planned on doing is 1/3 the cost at Aspen Dental than the dentist I have been going to. Service was great, staff was compassionate and courteous. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

I needed a lower denture and Aspen, in Prescott, Az, was very helpful, everyone was. I was taken back at the personal attention and the great pricing. I have just started the work with them, the impressions, and have not received the basic denture, that I will use for a short while, until I get the full dentures, upper and lower next year, when I have dental insurance. Fingers crossed on the rest of the job!

I went into Aspen Dental nervous as all get out. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it really was. Did my exam and talked to billing set up a easy payment plan. I will follow up after the work is done. So far very happy with the service..

Moved from the Midwest without a dental plan. The Dental staff accommodated me to the correct course of action for my needs. I highly recommend this dental office. Made me feel at home. I wasn't treated like an outsider from a different state. I'll definitely use this place as my primary dental care. Very affordable. Since my dental coverage hasn't been changed yet.

Had to wait 1 hour for the doctor to come- had a meeting to attend!!! Meetings should be held after hours! No one told me when I checked in that I will have to wait an hour for him. Other times, too many patients were booked and before staff was late!!! Double booking should not be permitted and emergencies should be seen after regular appointments. There needs to be transparency and honesty with the customers!!! Patients time is valuable as well. Very negative experience every time!!!

Not out to help people they want money out of you, every person that walks through the door they tell them they have gum disease and they try to convince you to finance 5-7 thousand dollars. Scam artists and false advertising is what this place is all about.

Had Dr Sung for my dentist. I got my wisdom teeth pulled. He was quick, I couldn't believe it ! He did a great job, and was very friendly and had great bed side manner.

Oh my goodness, I cant believe how great I was treated. Everyone shared a warm smile that I felt was just for me. I went into the office feeling like a kid having to go see the school principal and the butterflies were doing the jitterbug in my tummy.. how silly I was being so nervous. I felt right at home..the Aspen Dental team were awesome. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being the best. See you soon.

Everyone at the office in Prescott Valley Az is and was very helpful and are ready to answer your questions that you may have. The dentist ( owner ) is a person that will make sure you understand what is going on and will happen from that point on. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a dentist
