Hands down THEEE best dental service I've ever had. From the front/back desk, to the X-ray tech, to the Dr., and the hygienist; everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. They were so informative on everything done to me. I got to see awesome 3D pictures of my teeth. So happy with my cleaning results, this was amazing.

Appointments take forever. There always people doing nothing and yet you wait forever for them to see you. Also, they always want to tax on more to your appointment

Over charged me for what wasn't covered. Gave me injection I was allergic too. They got me but not my husband. Bad business

Don't go to this dentist if you put the truth on your surveys. I was referred to this doctor and she is petty. The office manager was rude to me for asking why I would be responsible for a payment they hadn't submitted to my secondary insurance. She began to be disrespectful, and becaus the whole office was mad that I filled out a survey saying the temporary crown that was put in my mouth was stained and I wasn't happy with it. The office manager and another woman called me and said it's just a temporary one I don't see what the problem is because your permanent one won't be like that. The dentist as she was putting in my permanent crown , she had an attitude and the crown didn't fit so she drilled my tooth without numbing it. She yells across to her assistant while working in my mouth super unprofessional. And to top it all off , so my complaint can't be escalated to their boss the doctor dismisses me from the practice so nothing can be done. So now I look like the angry customer who just likes to complain. So if you don't mind being overcharged and worked on by a petty dentist , this is the place for you. Please don't be honest about your service here because none of them are mature enough to handle the truth. Be blessed

Today I had a filling at this place. The only thing is that they did a filling to the wrong tooth....right next to the one that had much more urgency and pain, the one I went to get treatment for!!!! What a negligence!!!! I payed almost $400 with insurance to fix a tooth that wasn't urgent to fix....I mean I don't even know what to call that. A doctor should be able to prioritize based on the patient's urgency and symptoms and most importantly based on what's been scheduled. So tomorrow will be a bad day for Mr Cheng, whatever his name is, that Chinese mthfckr and the manager of this place.

Had made an appointment but it was too long for me to wait, so I came in as a walk in. They took me within 5 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and understanding. Explained in detail what was going to happen and payment. Very pleased with my visit.

The quality of care is excellent. Attention to required premedication is greatly appreciated. Free first exam and X-ray is great, if also a clear marketing ploy for winning new patients. Too bad they don't accept Medicare. Wellcare blows them out of the water with fully covered expenses to a very high out of pocket level at highly rated providers.

I have never met such very caring people that help me through a situation that I was terrified with. They were so kind and understanding and compassionate I have never encountered in a dental office before with them understanding how I was feeling and them helping me through it I am forever grateful. The staff there is so wonderful I cannot speak more highly of them and if I could give 10 stars for the staff I would thank you so much for helping me
