I made an appointment with Aspen dental because I cracked a filling from my tooth, the staff were all very nice. But I waited 2 weeks for the appointment. During the appointment they told me I cracked a filling from my tooth, (which I knew) and everything else wrong with my teeth. 1 and 1/2hrs later , I had to make an appointment for 5 weeks from now to get the tooth repaired that I originally made the appointment for.

Slow and dirty, couldnt understand the dentist didnt get a teeth cleaning for some reason? Only leaving 3 stars for the next day appointment.

I went to Aspen as a walk in today and have nothing but great things to say. The receptionist, nurse and dentist were all really nice and helped me out with my toothache.

Went to buy a stove at the pottstown location transaction was ok, delivery was a disaster. Oven came dented in a few places. The delivery guy pointed it out to me and told me that I can get a discount or I can take it for the meantime while it's replaced at no charge and to call Chris the delivery manager to let him know. He wrote it out on the delivery slip and I signed it. This delivery guy was amazing and did the right thing. So I called and was told that I can pay for a different stove WHAT !!! After making them realize how underhanded that was they agreed to replace the damaged one, that was 5 days ago. To be continued....beside

Told me I had 4 cavities when I never had a cavity in my entire life. Went to another dentist and I only had one minor cavity. Find another dentist- this place is the worst.

From the time I called Aspen Dental in Rio Grand in New Jersey they could not have been any nicer. The team members were all so nice but Dentist did an excellent job on fixing my tooth. I cannot thank you all so much for a great experience!!!!! Note I will be using them again !!

Great experience as usual. Haven't been for a while but I'm back and just as friendly and professional as I remember. Nadia and Dr Moe took great care of me. I will definitely keep them for all my dental needs.

Appointment scheduled for 12. After x-rays taken I was left sitting in a room for 90 minutes. The only thing said was the dr is on his way in. I never saw the dr. When I left only one girl was around and she was very rude to me. I was left in a room while they were at lunch. Great way to treat a new patient.
