V fast, pulled out my painful tooth so quickly. Update -I was so happy with my experience I wrote that after I was still a little loopy. Anyways, I am so scared of dentist, and my wisdom tooth was broken and I was in awful pain. I was able to get in super early, everyone was very kind and explained all my options, and the dentist there (dr Lee maybe, very nice women) pulled my tooth out so fast I didn't even have time to process it. Literally under 5 minutes. This was my first tooth extraction and I am so grateful for everyone there!

I originally went to Aspen dental to get dental crowns on six of my teeth. The cost was high I thought and it was from what I have found. Unfortunately I had a not so pleasant experience with my crowns coming off and ending up with a bridge. Of course they didn't charge me for the bridge. The dentist was very nice but no bedside manner. The staff was terrific. I decided to go back and see if I could get 2 more crowns after much deliberation with myself and skepticism. I called to get an estimate and the estimate was almost half of the six teeth that I had done previously. So this point I am searching for better prices and so far I have found two that was at least $1000 less. I do feel like I was taken financially. I personally would not recommend Aspen dental for cosmetic dental crowns. It

their emergency service is top notch. I didn't have a dentist and they still took me immediately (same day). $315 for X-ray and a new filling. I thought that was quite reasonable.

Amazing! I'm a fisherman and found myself out to sea with tooth pains that would fold most persons at the knee... With a few hours heads up and a half a day on land to work with they took me in, fixed me up and had me back to the boat in time to send off again... Not many people can say they enjoy going to the dentists... but i can. Those people are my heroes and life has been better for me since seeing them.

Disgusted at the lack of communication when scheduling a appointment x rays cleaning etc. I never had so many problems today I was expecting to get xrays, and a cleaning. After j paid 156 upfront, i mare sure to ask the receptionist this includes everything an xrays she told me yes. When I called everything was explained an im self pay. Well after just a set of x-rays, and 3 ppl later to just come in an look at my teeth, propose recommendations along with my general 6 month cleaning I was walked out to front. I was so upset and disappointed bc I was thinking I was getting my cleaning just to have Brandi say oh no it will be scheduled at another date it will cost 367 for cleaning and recommended products. I do not think so my teeth are great an I go to the dentist regularly . Absolutely not as a single mother if I knew I had to pay $156 for just xrays and someone to tell me already that I need a cleaning i would definitely of saved my only money i had. Unbelievable

I was treated extremely well especially for someone who didn't take as much time as he should've on his dental care. However, and I thank you for being so willing to get me in, I wish I had let your poor dentist focus fully on someone else. As it was he was literally running back and forth to assist another patient, and to get my tooth out he gave it a nasty yank that almost dislocated my jaw. I got a rudimentary three-second massage and two pats to cover it but that side of my jaw is still stiff and noisy as a result. I've kept silent in the hopes it would work itself out, but no luck. Please allow staff to make a reasonable recommendation to reschedule. I would respect their limits as human beings and appreciate your company's consideration for my health long-term. Absolutely no other complaints. Thank you.

I was told my bill of !600 dollars was free until i got home with a call that told me that they were looking at the wrong account. I have to pay it all.

Be sure to ask ask ask many many questions before any procedure. Had ONE x-ray taken and "oh by the way that's $150 please." Did speak to the office manager and she basically said sorry, that's the deal.

Warm, friendly, welcoming staff. Absolutely loved everyone I interacted with. They worked efficiently and showed they cared. They kept the cost as low as possible, using my dental savings plan, I paid half the cost the services would have been without them. They also make it really easy for new patients. Getting to know you and having an initial exam before paying anything and set up a treatment plan that works best for you. So happy a found a good dental office!

The staff at this office were so kind! I had previously been using a practice in Dover, those women were always trying to "upsell" and I was constantly being told I needed something! The bills were more every time I went. The crew at Aspen we're honest and made me comfortable! .

Hate going to the dentist. Was a long time between visits but from the first moment going for X-rays to getting my tooth pulled everyone did a wonderful job of putting me at ease.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They made a stressful situation easier to tolerate. They got me in right away and I was not a regular patient. They made the financial decisions less stressful. They found a way to help me get the treatment that I needed and a financial plan that I can manage with no pressure to get it all done at once. I'm a happy customer so far. I'll give another review when my work is completed.
