Should accept my insurance according to their call center and my insurance company lady wouldn't even take a second look at my card and check just kept saying we don't accept medicaid which had nothing to do with anything cause I don't have medicaid

I'm the utmost satisfied with the way I was treated today. The dentist is always depressing, painful, and expensive but necessary, so being all these things they listen and help come up with the best plan of service. Thanks again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Such a scam office. Straight up told me to my face I could JUST get the filling done even if I didnt want the gum/periodontal service. When I called back in (since they never called me as promised) the gum service was $1792 and the filling was $36. I said my goal (since I was from out of town) was to get the filling and complete other services at home. Again, the dentist straight up told me To my face I could just get the filling. After denying the gum treatment at this time, they scheduled me For the filling. Within 5 minutes they called me saying I had to have the gum treatment ($1792) and that they would not just do the filling. Mind you the hygienist even told me the numbers werent "too too high". Such a scam. As a physician myself, I can recognize scripting and they have it memorized and say things and offer services that if you reject, they wont treat you at all. I am left in pain and unable to eat...which is important as a diabetic. Lots of liability for then by denying me treatment for the pain. All lies to your face unless you pony up and pay them boat loads of money. Checked with my dental hygienist friend and she stated the periodontal treatment is unnecessary and just a way to get a ton of money. Avoid at all costs **update... after attempting to get my Xrays from them so I could get out of pain, they did everything possible to keep me From having them--mind you a patients health record belongs to them and they are allowed access to it at anytime. I called their customer care line and customer care immediately sent me the xrays and had to apologize for the rude and inexcusable behavior for the Port St. Lucie office. While Requesting xrays 2 different employees got on the phone and were extremely Rude and disrespectful. One (I believe it was Michelle--who commented on this actually) yelled at me and then hung up on me). Thank goodness for a local dentist in Ft. pierce that took me right in and got me taken care of. They also did an assessment of my gums and told me there is no way my gums needed the $1750+treatment that Aspen was demanding I do.

My husband took off work for a dental appointment and was placed on hold repeatedly for so long that he hang up, called again. The front desk person was very rude and kept putting him on hold, when he did get to talk to her, she was so rude that he had to cancel his appointment. Missed a day of work. All this just for an appointment verification. She couldn't take 3 mins to let him know. It's sad cause this is a constant thing. When I called to make the appointment the front desk before was extremely disrespectful and hang up the phone on me. I spoke with a manager but the behavior is the same. Poor customer service

Everyone was very nice and service was prompt. They are repairing my broken denture which I will pick up tomorrow. However I was told I need a deep cleaning and gum treatment to the tune of 540 for 7 teeth which I simply found excessively expensive and I cannot afford on social security as they don't accept my insurance.

I won't recommend this place at all. Everyone is very friendly, but it doesn't do any good if their( doctors) working on your teeth do a poor job ! and by the way they don't do Root Canal ,they are not qualified. I guess... They send you somewhere else ,after they tell you You need a big deep cleaning on your teeth, they charge you a lot money for ,and probably 100% you don't needed (deep cleaning ) and if you get a crown oh boy the first is not gonna fit second one worse and the 3rd time you already tired of dealing with their incompetent that you give up and walk away with a crown that doesn't match with the color of your teeth at all ,They know that! but they don't care .. that place is a joke and of course is a big Corporation

Marcela is the best hygienist. I go for my visits every 4 months, she never disappoints. I highly recommend her. Very friendly staff.

Interested in being charged for services not rendered, and lack of desire to process a refund? Aspen Dental is your place. I was charged for X-rays, a deep clean, and a filling all on my first visit as a new patient. The only procedure performed was X-rays and 1 minute consults with the hygienist and dentist. My filling was cancelled and have only had X-rays and a deep clean. Meanwhile Aspen Dental has billed my insurance, received payment in full from them and will not process my refund. Avoid this place!!

Excellent Service all Teammates from the beginning to the end. Thanks Dr. Niles and my hygienist Marcela for your care, advised and very well treatment explanation. David, thanks for my treatment and financial assistance and consultation your are an amazing person. Looking forward to seeing you again to continuing my treatment. My only concern is Why I don't didn't before. Very happy to meet you guys and have Aspen dental on my side.

The staff, from the receptionists, dental hygienists, doctors and Carol (Especially!!) are all absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and caring and they really want what's best for their patients.
