My initial visit was fantastic, the secondary visit to have extractions and impressions went well too. However, after that, and once they've been paid... everything goes downhill! Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I recommend these people for one thing and 1 thing only, teeth extractions. Get everything else done somewhere else. These people have no customer service skill at all after they've been paid ... Still trying to get my GUARANTEED money back for an upper partial that I CAN NOT wear. Dentist literally said to me "it is what it is" . Save yourself the pain of dealing with this group and look elsewhere.... I promise you'll thank me for being honest in this followup review. Best wishes for your great dental care from beginning to end... settle for no less.

Was treated very nicely at Aspen. Had to wait a bit for the doc but had a good experience all in all.

Everything went fine except I was a little put off by the wait time. Appt was 3:30 and got in at 4:10

My 3rd Aspen Dental Office to visit, yesterday was in The Villages. Everyone I met was very nice & caring from A to Z! Autumn greeted me and guided thur the office. Dr Santiago was gentle and thorough. I lucked out with a cancellation and met Marcia, who did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth! See you in February Marcia! Even the Office Mgr made it a lil less painful with my bill. Great visit!

My advice to you is go elsewhere. I got my teeth during covid . I couldn't get the color wasnt in or smaller teeth. THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THEM AS I GOT THE PREMIUM TEETH . THEY WONT REPLACE THEM I TOOK A FRAUD CASE ON THEM .. THEY R WARRANTEED FOR 7 YEARS WELL THEY WONT FIX IT AT ALL WONT ANSWER OR RESCHEDULE I PAID 6 GRAND .. DONT DO IT ...

The staff was very kind and understanding. The prices are great and they work with you if you don't have insurance. The dentist was great I would recommend this place very much.

Honestly I've never had a good routine with going to the dentist and since I've waited so long I kind of felt like I gave up, until I found the great team at Aspen dental who didn't judge me but only wanted to show their care and expertise to guide me in my journey back to a strong healthy smile. you don't have to remain in the dark forever , Aspen dental will help you shine , thankyou

Dr.Hassan is a skilled no nonsense professional. I am having extensive work done and very pleased with services and price. Judy ,my hygienist is very pleasant and informative about my dental care. The office staff are welcoming and helpful with scheduling appts. I had my fitting and cleaning on a Sat.! Gina and Alexis handle pmts and financing. I do not have dental insurance so they did their very best to keep my cost down. Love Dr. Hassan and my dental team!

Had a dental emergency and Called to see if they first accepted my insurance and the receptionist couldn't even answer that for me. She told me I had to make an appointment first and then the team would contact me back to confirm if they would even take my insurance. Why would I make an appointment not even knowing if they take my insurance especially at a time of emergency. I just needed a yes or no, I didn't want to waste time. I called another dental office and they were able to give me a straight answer to if they take my insurance
