I went to aspen dental in north port, Fl. because I had a broken tooth, now I do have a lot of bad teeth so if course it was hard for them to just focus on the one that was bothering me! I met with Dr Guzman, he was probably the nicest dentist I've ever met! Even thru my tears about the cost he assured me that it could get fixed! Now the next day I went back to have 2 teeth extracted! Boy did I underestimate the aniexty that was going to put me thru!! They did use numbing gel on my gums before I got the shots, now you could still feel the needles but not as bad! Dr Guzman start to remove them and I freaked out because I could feel more than I should so he stopped and applied more numbing in the gums! Both teeth came out with out issues! The nurse that was in there was amazing too and so nice, I apologize that I don't remember her name! They were both very considerate with my panicking!! If I only had one complaint is that I only received ibuprofen afterwards, that doesn't nothing for pain lol!

The office staff was friendly and kind. Even the call center person that made my appointment was wonderful. Then I met Dr. Santeiro....amazing dentist with such compassion, especially since I'm dealing with a broken tooth that needs to be extracted. I am paying cash since they don't take my insurance (which I will change in the future now that I know they don't have good providers), but they used coupons and the charge wasn't much at all. I'm glad I chose them over the one that my insurance was going to cover.

Still waiting1hr 20 min for a cleaning. Meanwhile there are no patients. The last patients deficated in a chair a clearly it takes an hour to clean it, instead of moving me to a different room!

Aspen dental did a good job of making me comfortable and doing the procedure. The dentists were very good and very friendly.I would recommend them.

RUDEST front desk person answering the phone- anxiously trying to get an ER appointment because a filling fell out and I can barely eat and am in tremendous pain. When I asked the guy what saturdays they are open he came at me with "I don't chose the days we're open" .... Obviously you don't! I was POLITELY just asking because online shows appointments open. Then had the nerve to hangup on me when I said ok thanks I'll keep my other appointment at the kings highway location... I have NEVER IN 27 years been hung up on by a receptionist. Bad attitude and Acting too good to answer the phone or be bothered .. put a nasty taste in my mouth. I'd rather have all my teeth pulled than deal with him again.

I was able to get an appointment quickly for a broken tooth the staff and doctor were excellent and explained everything thoroughly. The gentleman at the front desk who I believe was the office manager worked out a great payment plan and was especially helpful. Love the Saturday hours appreciate the weekend staff!

Awful service had appointmet for two weeks, go to the appointment on time and is told cannot have services today, Saturday because has not ran insurance. called severtal times during the week and did not get an answer and to top it all off Steven was very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Wow

Over charge , implants to not fit went for adjustment many times and still no good not go to aspen dental

Everyone was kind, professional and empathetic to me. My last two dental visits elsewhere were a nightmare, but everyone here was wonderful! They have patience and explain everything they're about to do. I hope Dr Gonzalez never leaves the practice! Forever grateful to Aspen for being so great with me! Thank you, JanetteSantiago

Had my dentures made three times and still can't fit them. It fills up my mouth and hurts. They then told me to get used to it. Wasted all that money and time. It's one of those places that a different dentist see you every time you visit.

They say that they're all about caring for the patient. I need 2 teeth pulled out. I don't have insurance, so I have to do this finance thing they have since my. procedure it's not over 500, what they have to do for me is. 399 dollars. when I was approved for 1000 dollars, trying to let them know to just do a clean up so that we can get over that 500 dollar limit, but they can't do that.
