Pros: -Dentist was competent -Dental Office was clean Cons: -Did not tell me their dentist does something extra that is not covered by my insurance until after being seen. -Therefore, I had to pay out of pocket, or risk being sent to collections to mess up my credit. Overall, although I like the ambiance, I would not recommend simply because they are untrustworthy.

I called a few moments ago to find out what services they offer. The receptionist wouldn't give me any information without me first providing my personal information. There's no point in providing my information if they don't offer the services I need. I asked a specific question, my question was ignored, and I was asked pointless question instead. Red flag- poor customer service!

My fiance went there for the first time in pain they couldn't find the problem. They fixed a cavity and that very tooth that he was in pain with sure enough had a crack in it which they didn't see. Was in so much pain he went to the ER got s a CT scan nothing was wrong. Went back to the dentist Monday morning and this was Friday when it all happened. He tried Saturday calling the emergency hotline all day and night and not one dentist on call even bothered to call him back. It was horrible. They shouldn't have an emergency hotline if they're not going to use it!

The got me squeezed in and got me taken care of quickly. That's what I really needed. More than that however, their compassionate care is what will bring me back. They all took the time to explain everything to me and everyone in the office seemed so kind.

I normally don't like going the to dentist but after coming to Aspen, it's not so bad. Dr. Abdallah took her time explaining what I needed to get done and I was able to get scheduled the next day for my treatment. Everyone here is so kind and professional. I definitely recommend.

Absolutely horrible. Take your time and money anywhere else. They canceled my appointment and didn't inform me. When I arrived they said they tried to call. I had 0 missed calls. I rescheduled for the following week. They canceled my appointment again and didn't inform me. When I arrived they said they tried to call. And they had the nerve to ask if I would like to reschedule!!!!! It was the exact same excuse! No I don't want to reschedule and show up next week to hear we tried to call for a 3rd time in 3 weeks.

This is best dentist experience I've ever had. Very friendly & compassionate staff, the dentist are the same! I needed extensive dental work & they couldn't have made the process easier for me. I highly recommend this dental practice!!

Drove 20mins for my first appointment, only to arrive for them to tell me my appointment has been cancelled and I have to reschedule. I won't be returning.

What a awesome place. Today was my first visit. It felt Like I was meeting family. Everyone is so pleasant with Smiles on their faces. I'm actually looking forward to My next visit. Go see for your self First time I enjoyed a dental Office. Thanks a lot guys You all are special even the Drs are awesome.

I wouldn't go back , I went in for a cleaning and check up . I didn't even get the cleaning , they took X-rays and quoted me 14,000 dollars for dental work . He quoted me for crowns I don't even need , 400.00 to perform a periodontal cleaning when it clearly says on my insurance plan that I get 2 free per year , that's literally why I went back there and left without a cleaning and overquoted . High priced work . I'm more so upset that I'm being quoted for a cleaning that's listed that I get for free

when the lady was cleaning my teeth it took her about 4 minutes to finish while she was scraping my teeth she was also scraping my gums I have a picture before she even flossed of all the blood in my teeth my teeth are still sore

This was my first time at Aspen Dental and it was amazing. The office is modern, up to date and SUPER CLEAN. They have a beautiful waiting room, modern day equipment to give you the best results on exams and you can watch tv while you are getting your teeth clean. The Staff was super friendly from the front desk worker, Yelba Lopez, Alyssa, Dr. A, Dr. Kaplan, and the manager Cynthia. They made sure all my current and future needs were met. My insurance covered most and they put me on the best payment plan to cover the rest!! I'm so happy Josh, their Director told me about this office. I'll 100% be back and I'm happy I can put my trust in a great team!
