This is more of a sales office. They make you wait for hours for you to be sold on getting things you don't need done. They try to add things like a 250 tooth brush to your bill and not tell you. Unbelievable. Stay away.

Dr. Diego Castellano was the most gentle Dentist I've ever gone to, and I hate going to the dentist. He made the trip very easy and I wasn't nervous or anything. If all my dentist appointments were like that I would go every month. I want to sincerely thank him. He is the BEST!

(Crown) horrible service, unprofessional, turn me inexperienced intern assistants and leave them alone, they don't talk to you while they are doing the service, they don't say good morning! my husband already came once and went to another office because of the bad service, I only finish my process that is already paid for and I do the rest in another office, one of the assistants, her appearance, her crumpled clothes, her sinful hair combing and its unprofessionalism. the place is pathetic and the temporary crown only lasted 4 dias.

Don't go here. There have plenty of other offices but this one is horrible. My mother in law has been trying to have her crown replaced after it fell off less than 24 hours after the procedure but it's literally impossible to get anyone on the phone. They have it set up to hang up if you're a current customer. I've left messages I've called different numbers attached to the office and it just leads us no where. I've even gone so far to try and change the office she's going to and even that is impossible. She's paid to much to keep being treated so unfairly. Please work on the customer service in this office.

This is our first time at this location, and we had a great positive experience, All the staff are extremely informative and friendly. They attended us really fast. The office is extremely clean, and they discussed prices and procedures in detail. The staff answered all our questions. We love this dental office. I highly recommend to all!
