Had an extraction and bone grafting Monday. As someone who has chronic dentist fear and a terrible set of teeth, this is the first step in many to getting back to a functional mouth. I appreciated the bedside manner and skill that I was witness to during that appointment. Today I am checking myself into urgent care under a desperate attempt to get help as I have tried for hours to get communication from their after hours emergency service. Collectively over an hour on hold to be told twice that someone would call me back shortly. Still no call, still in distress, terrified I've dislodged my bone graft. Severe discomfort. Sitting in urgent care waiting room even though they told me they do not have an emergency dentist handy, but may be able to confirm the condition of my wound and prescribe antibiotics at best. I want to trust you guys to take care of me throughout this long intensive dental journey, but today I am at a loss.

We came a long way because we heard good things about this place. They did not disappoint! What a wonderful experience thus far! Surgery soon hopefully it goes as as wonderful!

Very inexperienced personnel Over charges on services not trying to get insurance involved and I have good insurance They take the path of least resistance In the chair for a hour getting a deep cleaning 600 hundred dollars later I'm done. My biggest problem is Aspen dental wanted all the money upfront before the service was even performed which I did not They made it sound if I didn't get this work done and pay the price my teeth would fall out):

Super friendly and helpful staff! Dr. Snow was the bomb dot com!!! They worked with me on payment If you have to go to the dentist, and you do, these are your people!!!

This is the McDonalds drive through of dentists... They overcharge big time and want money in hand the day of! They need to bill the insurance first, then send me the bill. The actual staff is nice, they are just trying to do their job but overall, this is a drive-thru dentist. Goodluck to those who go.

Friendly office staff and knowledgeable other staff. I spent kind of a long time in the waiting areas. The cost of services seemed a bit on the more expensive side, but I was not pressured to buy all the services. It was a good experience.

I am a Canadian travelling south for winter. On route, I broke a tooth. This particular office was able to fit me in the next morning. Dr. Snow and his staff are incredible, efficient kind and caring. A 5 star review doesn't seem to express how amazing this office is..

The staff was very friendly. I got right in at the time of my appointment. The dentists were very thorough and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I will definitely be going back!

My husbands appointment was at 8:15, didn't go back until almost 9. He went in to get a filling fixed. It was kind of an emergency since we was going out of town for a family wedding. I told that to the lady that made the appointment and he told them also. They were kind of busy. After his X-ray, he sat and told them again that all he needed was his filling fixed. The dentist came in and said I'll be in soon. He sat longer finally they came in the numb the area and he sat again for quite awhile. The entire filling took less than 30 minutes. By the time he was done it was after 11 am. I understand that they was busy. But we had the staff come in and out of the room we was in and didn't say a word to us about anything. We liked the dentist but having to wait that long is totally ridiculous.

Literally heard the doctor say he doesn't like being a dentist, So guess the quality at work you're gonna get there. Let's drive-through dentistry take your money somewhere else and get the job done correctly because you'll be going back multiple times to have the same teeth fixed because they don't do a good job and use cheap materials

I've now had a few appointments at Aspen Dental in Pocatello ID with Dr.Snow, he pulled around 15 teeth, put stitches in, and put in my temporary dentures all in about an hour and half! Doc was super cool and informative on the whole operation that day and he likes to listen to 90's rock on the Bluetooth which made for a more comfortable experience! I definitely recommend Aspen Dental they have a great team there! 4 months after now and everything is going great, no more pain from multiple infections!

I just left Aspen Dental and I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful! I haven't been to a dentist in years due to one bad experience, I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future dental needs!
