Friendly staffing, there's some very good character in thus place. I love it. They are very thorough and got me in immediately I will be choosing this place as a pcp. Dr. Houbi and assistant Antonia were great and a pleasure as farcas company goes.

Got a cleaning back in july worst experience ever will never be going back gave them my dental insurance card and am still being billed $100's even though it was supposed to be a cleaning covered by dental insurance. Honestly worst dentist I have seen in the last decade

Terrible. Shady place which is taking advantage of people. Read the reviews and about the lawsuits online before going. I would leave zero stars if I could. This place IS just like a used car dealership. The device that they use for x-rays is outdated and super painful in your mouth. When I went, it had to be the guy operating x-ray machine's first or second day working there. The first thing they do is examine you and start prepping you to sell you. They won't even ask for records, or x-rays from your current or previous dentist so that they can make sure to get as many x-rays as possible and charge your insurance company for them.This place will not make an appointment just for a cleaning. When you make your initial appointment you will be under the impression that it's for a cleaning when in fact it is not. Your first appointment is strictly made for the opportunity for them to upsell you thousands of dollars worth of other things that another dentist would probably tell you you did not need. After the exam they take you to another office similar to the way buying a used car works. This office has obviously sold itself out to the manufacturers of the medication called Arestin based on all the posters on the walls in the room and the brochure they hand you to read while you wait to see a hygienist or dentist, both whom will tell you that you need this medication on the same day as the descaling. Which is simply not true (Google it). Arestin is a type of antibiotic that is often used after periodontal cleanings. While generally beneficial for patients in need of the extra support for their gum health, it can be abused by dentists looking to tack on additional charges for a treatment. One of the easiest signs to tell if Arestin is being overused after a deep cleaning is if your dentist suggests the antibiotic be used on the same day as the cleaning itself. Arestin should be used only after a few weeks, or even months, have passed since your periodontal cleaning. The cleaning itself should have taken care of any gingival disease, and if the site has not completely healed, Arestin is applied to help make patients healthier once more. This antibiotic should also only be used at less than six sites during a single visit. I walked out when they put me in yet another office with the "closer", the same way they do at a used car lot when you go to see the finance manager. Call any other dentist's office in Plymouth and ask how long it will be before you can have an appointment for a cleaning. It will be months. Not at Aspen, they'll get you in today or tomorrow! Wonder why this is? Save your money, go somewhere else. And, please google their real reviews and look past the fake reviews they've posted.

If I could give no stars I would. I called because I had an awful toothache. It took me 8 days to get an appointment. I went in and they did all the x rays. The x ray tecks were very nice however one must have been training because another woman had to keep doing her x rays over. Still they were quite pleasant. After the x rays and having a hygienist jab my teeth my tooth was much worse. I was then told nothing would be done for me today. I explained that I called over a week ago because I had a toothache. They told me they had me in the system as a new patient. I asked again what were they going to do for me. I was told I would be given a plan. Then (not that it mattered at this point) they were so sorry they couldn't give me a plan today because the office manager was not in and apparently they needed her for pricing. I was horrified! Needless to say I left still in pain and quite upset.

I really like Dr. Russo and her assistants. I had a great experience with the drill and fillings today 5.9.2022. She is patient and kind. She really took her time and was careful not to hurt me. After several bad experiences with other dentists, I know she is the best and I fully trust her. Thank you!!

I've always had a good experience at the Plymouth Aspen Dental location. The one consistent person for me has been Karen, the hygienist. She is amazing! She is highly professional, very knowledgeable as well as very personable. I also give rave reviews to Dr. Valcourt. He is competent, confident and easily established rapport with me on my first visit. He gives options, speaks in understandable terms and makes the dental experience as pleasant as possible.

For someone that hasn't had the best experiences at the dentist growing up, so far my experience at this office has been nothing but pleasant. The staff at this facility is amazing, their attentive and friendly. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

This is quite literally the best Dental experience I have had in 50 years!!! Every single member of their team is kind, professional, helpful and talented. The Dentist himself is extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable. They made a plan for me after my exam to tackle dental issues and did not make me feel bad for not going to Dentist for a few years. I am grateful. I am just hoping it doesn't become too busy now that I'm giving this review!!! Seriously though, don't avoid the Dentist like I did. Go here and they will really help you!!!

It was suggested that I have the structural integrity of teeth strengthened....some on top....some on the bottom. It was done as stated, efficiently and effectively. Thanks for doing what you believe is right for the patient and completing the procedure without an attitude. :-)

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and had a broken tooth that ended up needing a root canal. The word alone scared me. Like many people I was never too fond of the dentist. My experience was great, I was comfortable and felt very relaxed and felt no pain whatsoever. The whole staff has been courteous and professional and very caring. Thank you

The entire staff at Aspen Dental Plymouth is Amazing. The staff truly cares about you as a person. I have been going through a lot of tooth problems and they have been there through it all. Aspen Dental is Like a family, even though I go to my appointment alone I always feel like I'm with family. Jamilla at the front desk is the kindest receptionist I have ever met and Dr. Matthew Vaillancourt is so soft spoken and makes you feel calm even in the hardest situations. There aren't enough words to describe the excellence of this Dental office. Thank you for taking care of me!
