15 years it took me to deal with my teeth issues. They were very understanding and had a plan for me right away. Very impressive.

Go to another dentist I been there In the past told me I needed a special cleaning and ended up seeing another dentist and they said aspen was trying to sell me on something I didn't need

Unorganized, long waits after you arrive for your appointment. Last 2 appointments they double booked and I had to wait an extra hour for the first time, second appointment was double booked when I made appointment 7 months in advance. Bye Aspen.

The dentist chipped my tooth trying to force an improperly sized partial into my mouth over and over he tried. I'd say he was clueless. Waiting to hear back from them. The partial has been paid for.

I've had three periodic check-ins with Aspen Dental since moving to town, along with a few fillings and other appointments. The appointments have always been incredibly smooth and professional! Scheduling is simple and easy (along with rescheduling if necessary). Minimal wait times. And the hygienists/dentists always do their best to make the "dental" part of the appointment as painless and agreeable as possible. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anybody who's looking for a no-hassle, well-nuanced dental service in the Stevens Point and Plover area :)

I don't even know where to start, but I will tell you one thing, I would never, and I mean never go to Aspen Dental for any dental work! My wife has been waiting for her upper plate since the first part of March, and still doesn't have them! The plate she is wearing right now has been super glued several times and tomorrow we have to go to our granddaughters wedding in Appleton! We told them at Aspen about the wedding along time ago, apparently that doesn't matter to them! We stopped in last week to see if they were ready, the girl at the front desk couldn't even tell us where they were! So, for anyone looking to get a nice set of false teeth, go somewhere besides Aspen Dental!

I started my care plan with Aspen Dental after not visiting a dentist in many years. They were always so kind and never made me feel bad for having such bad teeth. Today, they gave me my smile back and I couldn't be more grateful. Absolutely wonderful team.

This is my first time of ever making a review on anything. And to be quite honest if I could I would give this place 0 stars. So to whom it might concern: now I'm a very calm and patient person. However for the past 2 days I've been trying to get in contact with this place via phone. However I get left with the same response everytime. An answering machine. Now you can argue "just go in and make a appointment" sure. If I had time. Between jobs and my deployment coming I don't have all the time to get to a place that closes before 5. Now what did I need? I have a tooth infection. All I needed was them to get me a prescription to fill. I leave for My deployment Saturday so now I won't have anytime. I've tried everything. I have tried to go and call the appleton one which won't allow me to get prescription since I have to get it through the store I went to. I sent along with other people emails and I've consistently called. So now I'm stuck with leaving and a tooth infection. Like I said I'm a very calm guy most times but this is ridiculous. Whether it matters or not, I will never be going back to aspen Dental again. I'm sure it doesn't matter since there are always other costumers out there that will fill my spot but figured I'd post my frustration on here. Thanks for letting me share.

Went to the office in plover, wi to get 2 teeth extracted. Wound up coming out of there with a broken molar that the doctor did while getting my teeth out. He did nothing as to saying he'd take care of it since it was his fault that it broke. Aspen should fix this issue for me free of cost to me, you guys will be held liable. I've called the corporate office to complain and I never received a call back. I never had issues with the aspen in Kenosha, wi when I would go there. Come to plover and you'll have issues. Not to mention when I went in as an emergency walk-in, the lady up front at the desk was rude, said I probably wouldn't be seen due to being booked up. They ended up just taking x-rays and set up an appt 2 days later. If you welcome emergencies and walk-in, you probably shouldn't schedule someone with an abscess and swollen mouth 2 days later. I am very disappointed.

The technicians and hygienists here were amazing. So nice and caring!! But the dentist was aweful. I went to check on a tooth I thought I cracked. Instead of answering my questions on that, he loosened a cap on a totally different tooth he was "concerned" about. I hadn't had any problems with that tooth until he started digging at it today and now its completely loose and uncomfortable. I recommend getting your teeth cleaned there, then run out before the actual dentist sees you. He ruined my tooth.

Terrible waited 3 weeks for an EMERGENCY appointment, then they call 1 week before to cancel because of staff shortage. I tried to find a dentist that would take my insurance for 3 days. Aspen dental does not CARE about there patients at ALL!!!!!

On June 6th I went to have 3 teeth pulled. First one was easy the second was very difficult. They consider that to be oral surgery which is not covered. He decided that the 3rd tooth could wait. He had other patients that were waiting. When he was done he walked right out the room and did not say a word to me. I'm lost as to where I go from here. He did not explain why he didn't pull the 3rd tooth or if he will in the future. I'm not sure if I will go back although I have an appointment July 6th. But that will be for Dr. Crystal to explain what all went on and why 2 weeks later I still have throbbing pain during the day. By the way my husbands name is on this post but I am the patient Linda Gifford.

If I could give no stars I would. Office manager was nice but they threw me on new patients my third week there and barely wanted to train me so the doctor yelled at me and made me feel incompetent. Aspen dental is a joke. Please do yourself a favor and do not work here

I was in their chair, getting a molar pulled. It was harsh and painful, but I dogged through it for 1.5 hours. Now I'm home. So sore I can't talk. All my right side teeth hurt like a toothache and and I got a massive headache.
