No stars given staff was friendly and helpful when I came in on Friday with an emergency because my regular dentist office was closed but I had to be off medication for 5 days prior to procedure and because I came in originally with them I decided to let them finish but went back on Wednesday when I tried to tell receptionist they charged my insurance for a full set of x-rays that I only had 1 tooth x-rayed and she tried to tell me I did have a full set done and I told her I didn't I had 1 tooth done she took my paper and said I will fix it later and was very rude then I get in the back and said they don't have the release from my doctor so they couldn't do the procedure and I explain I had been off my med for 5 days and I can't keep staying off my med and she casually said go ahead and start taking it but I told her I can't keep going on and off my med so I left so I called my regular dentist he got me right in and when they called my Dr office they said they had sent the ok to Aspen days ago to do procedure I will never go back and I am in the medical field and I am making sure everyone I know not to go here plus I have to call my insurance company and make sure they don't charge my insurance for what they didn't do this place is so unprofessional

Would give a zero but that's not an option 100% trash had appointment set twice and they canceled on me without calling me to let me know showed up to there office today after leaving work with a Confirmed appointment and get there and there General manager had to step out again and I was told they tried calling me Several times which was a complete lie and Canceled again. No voicemail or missed calls no email either Unprofessional and disrespectful

Great staff. Went on for emergency tooth pain due to a fractured tooth. Got it pulled very quick and comfortably.

Everyone was nice. But the price for dentures is way too much for people on fixed income. $33,000 for implants. $14,000 for regular dentures.

Business part of the services was the worst. Overcharged and was lied too. People be ware of the fast talking salesperson no honor.

Great experience, so far. Have to go back a couple more times for my denture fitting and stuff. Will update, if something changes...

Went and had a tooth pulled half way through they said it had to be cut out and left me there for an hour drooling and bleeding on myself then I had questions called the number they gave me for the 24 hour helpline and never got a call back been calling since 10 am uts now 2pm and still no call back what a joke all they care about is getting ur money thats it

I got to admit I was really nervous I mean I haven't been to the dentist and I don't even know how long but the staff there was very helpful and very comforting they explained everything so I mean you weren't really ever left not understanding what was going to happen or what was going on. I would most definitely recommend them

Would not recommend. I was told I needed a crown. I just went there for a checkup and cleaning because my insurance pays here. I was in there 2 hours and all they did was take x-rays which was an intolerable experience. I go to the dentist regularly and was suspicious when the Dr told me I needed a crown. I just left my normal dentist. A small old filling had fallen out and needs to be replaced....no mention of a crown. At all. I will gladly pay my normal dentist fees.

I would never go back to Aspen Dental. They refused to clean my teeth because I didn't want X-rays. I've had them recently and could have had the records sent from my previous dentist but they refused to help me. Worst service I have ever had at an office.

Went in on a Saturday has already filled paperwork out online , was told to fill out again, started to fill it out for my husband and the asst yelled at me that my husband needed to sign the forms, i said i know iam filling out his med list, "Well I didnt see you hand them to him to sign" I said because i havent given them to him. And actullay we didnt need to fill them out because we had done it already, Dr was pushing for dentures we were already planning for that, quoted us for dentures top and bottom which he already has bottoms $23,000. Did sent my presciptions to the pharmacy had to wait to call on Monday. HORRIBLE SERVICE WE WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE.

Dr T.& Staff Was the best,first time a dentist actually went thru and explained the plan that is best for me.I am very satisfied . Haven't went to get my new dentures yet but,they was ready in 1 day.WOW!!So Fri.I'm praying that they have a good fit and look great.I have confidence in the staff that they will make it right.

I went to see about implants. I gag very easily. The lady said I should do snap on dentures an it would be much cheaper. She said it would be fine an I wouldn't gag. I want to see what they look like. I drove 45 minutes an was told they can't show me what they look like an feel like. How can I make a 10 thousand decision without seeing what they want to d

Everyone was so nice and respectful. I really don't enjoy going to the dentist but Aspen Dental curbs my anxiety with their friendly atmosphere and I don't feel anxious from the moment I walk in the door.
