Failed to let me know after talking over the phone at least twice that they don't accept my insurance anymore. Rescheduled an entire day of work just to be told at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment.

Horrible service I went in for a fitting for my dentures and the lady had no idea what she was doing she had the camera in my mouth to scan it for about an hour and she kept hurting me I had to tell her several times that it hurt and she wasn't even paying attention. She ended up having to call another staff to do it because she couldn't do it correctly which took another 40 minutes to complete all to find out neither of them did it correctly so I wasted almost 2 hours and my gums were throbbing with pain for absolutely nothing and only to be told I would have to be fitted yet AGAIN for my dentures after waiting for them for 3 weeks. When I told them I didn't even want them and that this was ridiculous I was charged $1,506 and $800 of that was for a deep cleaning really??? $800 but no one could explain what the rest was for I would never recommend this place to anyone in the world!!! And I only gave them 1 star Because I had to, Google wouldn't let me leave the review without it.

Do not go here. I called because it said they had emergency appointments they did get me in right away and referred me to have a root canal. My dentist being booked up 3-6 months I decided to have my crown there too. Right after my crown was placed I said my bite was off and they took an xray and said it looked good would just need some time to adjust. Well $1200+ With insurance down the drain. Not even a year later, my crown looks like a mushroom on top of my tooth its not flush with the tooth at all. I need to have that replaced to prevent decay and compromising the tooth. Also most insurance companies will not cover the replacement of a crown if its less than 5 years old. Beware if you value your time and money.

So I cracked my tooth yesterday. I started feeling throbbing pain around 10pm. I went on Google. Searched dentist near me. Simply requested an appointment and was able to immediately schedule for 7am this morning. I didn't have to wait at all for an appointment I walked in at 7am and only sat in wait room for 3 min before being brought back for x-rays. I went in room and immediately someone was there to assist me. Then immediately after, the dentist walked in to help me. I have NEVER had such a great experience at the dentist. Everyone was wonderful and the dentist was so kind and explained everything and didn't make me feel embarrassed about the work I needed done. He prescribed an antibiotic I can pick up today to start feeling better and I'm already scheduled for Wednesday to start the work I need. I recommend this place to anyone who is as scared of dental appointments as I am.

This place Is an absolute joke. 3 months I've been getting nothing but excuses for my upper plate. They keep trying to reschedule me and lie n say their tech called in sick. I highly recommend not even bothering with this place. What an absolute joke...very angry. I have not had top teeth in 3 months now and this was the last straw....screw you Aspen....

Had a crown break and called aspen they got me in next day to look at but didn't do anything to help with sharp tooth cutting my cheek. They scheduled me to come back in two weeks. When I came back to get the tooth removed the doctor was not very friendly in any way (the tech was great) during the procedure he ended up stabbing the roof of my mouth twice with out even a sorry. After what I thought was the end they started to try and sell me on a bunch of other stuff even as I was in considerable pain. Jump ahead 3 months woke up with extreme pain in the place where tooth was removed. Whet to different dentist and was surprised to be told they did not extract the whole tooth and had a bad infection. Now I have to pay to have the rest of the tooth removed I would stay away from aspen dental they seam like there more about the $$$

Went in for conciliation but also had a horrible toothache. I've always been terrified of going to the dentist. The staff was very understanding and helped me to feel at ease.

The entire team (Kennedy, Lexi, Con; Crystal and Dr. Bhattal) at Aspen Pleasant Prairie were very thorough and professional during my initial visit to Aspen. I would recommend Aspen Pleasant Prairie to anyone needing dental care.

Recently my dentist after 30 plus years retired. I had a scheduled appointment with the new dentist 6 months ago. I drive 30 minutes for my appointment only to be told they do not accept mine our my wife's insurance provider, And I would be responsible to pay full. They should have called me and told me this before my appointment I canceled and then found Aspen and they do accept mine and my wife's insurance. My initial appointment was today, a bit of a change for me. Not knowing anyone, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. So far all was good

My dad had the worst experience. Badly inflamed gums kept going back, they kept saying give it time. Now they say it's passed guarantee time even though he was going many times during the time it was still guaranteed. He can't even eat a full meal without them slipping off. Everyone we have told about it says yeah you shouldn't have went there they are known for doing a bad job. Too bad we didn't know that before. Dentures cost a lot of money especially for people on a fixed income. I understand people make mistakes but not standing behind their product I do not understand at all.

The actual dental work experience was fair. Wasn't the best and wasn't the worst. The dentist who did my fillings was actually very nice to work with and he did a good job. My issue is they required payment up front (about $400-$500) per appointment and when my insurance finally got everything processed and ALSO paid that same amount (as insurance does) I brought in my insurance statements that showed I only should have paid maybe $100 and wanted a refund, they told me I was wrong and would not look into it for me. This was back in November of 2021 and I really feel at a loss of how to go about this. I know how my insurance works. I just had my wisdom teeth out at a different place and they required me to pay up front, which is fine, but when my insurance processed the claim, the office knew that the insurance also paid out so I was owed a refund. I'm really not sure why the ladies at aspen dental were not understanding that logic? Because now they received double payment, from me and my insurance, and I'm still out $400-$500. It's actually extremely frustrating but I'm completely at a loss of how to handle this when the same people who denied me in the first place, are the only ones that I can talk too about it... overall, with the financial headache, I wouldn't recommend this place. I would have rather gone to a more established and understanding facility when it comes to insurance and payment.

It has been over a year now since my tooth was extracted. I was having problems I went back in for them to look at it. I was told oh I just have to get used to how it feels nothing was wrong. But after over a year my mouth will never be the same they damaged my two teeth next to the one they extracted.
