I've been going to Aspen dental for 5 years and I've always had great service and all the staff have been nothing short of spectacular. I didn't used to like going to the dentist but who does and these guys make it bearable.

After having terrible past experiences at dif dentists offices I have had bad ptsd about going to the dentist. I was very nervous to go and was greeted with a smile and how are you today. They were all very professional and after I explained to them I've had bad experiences with last dentist they assured me they were not the same. And that is the truth. After having an exam and consultation I was not afraid to move forward with my dental plan. Ty for the great experience

Aspen Dental was amazing! The staff was super kind and helpful with all of my questions. I had a tooth extraction and the numbed me up so well I didn't feel a thing, I also got to keep my phone and have an earbud in to listen to my music in addition to a tv in the room. The gave me extra gauze and a paper with instructions for care afterwards in addition to telling me the information. Plus with my insurance it was only $53 for the extraction! Would recommend this place to anyone that needs dental work in the area, and will be back again soon.

Fist time visiting Aspen Dental for bridge repair, very satisfied with the service from receptionist, x-ray staff, dental hygienists, financial advisor, most of all Dr.Adam, very good explanation of the procedure for me , with different options. Would recommend Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh N.Y Bernard Grabczewski

Will never go back schedule my appointments then want payment before they do any work what a joke and the office manager was just plain rude

Got appointment within 2 days. Check in and X-ray was easy. I am a Full time RVer and was just visiting the area and they took good care of me.

We waited for over an hour just to have xrays read. We are only attempting to switch dentists and have no dental issues. Our sons are recieving ortho care, and very well monitored. Originally when we scheduled our family appointments (months in advance) we were under the impression that we would be getting cleanings. Instead we only recieved xrays and a consultant. We are now expected to wait more than 6 months to recieve a cleaning, as they only have one hygenist and one dentist!??? No thank you it feels like a waste of time.

I guess I too have to call customer service. Went for a routine check up and dentist would not clean my teeth. It's standard to clean teeth at first check up. Sad, because the office staff was friendly and efficient. (The appointment service was friendly but misinformed--I requested a female dentist and was told that is who I would have, but they are no longer there and the service was unaware.) Looking into my insurance taking them off the preferred provider list.
