Called to see about getting an extraction done. Was quoted $132 per tooth by the lady on the phone, set my appointment, come in, get my final quote.... they want $650 a tooth. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS PIT OUT BY THIS COMPANY

The Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful and kept you informed. The Doctors were amazing, helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. I am now going to have them be my Primary Dental Care! I needed emergency tooth exactions due to unbearable pain, my wife called them and they were able to fit me in at 8am the next day, they did the X-Rays and exam and then discussed what I needed, I did have to wait a little while to get the actual extraction, but that was because of my insurance provider was not open till 9am so not their fault. But they did it as quick as possible and I was able to get the extractions done that day. Even though there is an Aspen Dental closer to me in Lakeland, I had a bad experience with them 6 months prior. I don't mind the extra travel distance for better service!

What a scam, sold me the most expensive denture with a 7 year warranty, had said denture 3 days and the front tooth popped out while out to dinner with a group of people. I went to the office on Monday and told them what happened. The receptionist said let me see what I can do, I said you will fix it what you will do. Nobody apologized, the dentist did not talk to me, nor the lab tech. Yes I was upset who wouldn't be, but I did not talk poorly to anyone, however they said I was rude and can never come back. Really, I bet I seek legal recourse, you cannot sell a warranty and then refuse to honor it. How shady can you be.

Everyone was super friendly. The office is super clean and a awesome atmosphere.I got there about 20min early to fill out paper work and hang out. I was taken back maybe 2 min after filling out my paper work. Everything was super quick. And before anyone did anything they explained what was going to happen. Highly recommend

The entire experience was just fantastic. The staff was great and the Doctor and the Dental Technician was flawless. I went in on Monday with an old, sloppy fitting, warn out pair of dentures and after four appointments I walked out Friday with a beautiful brand new pair of teeth that I can enjoy for a very long time. Thank you Doc. and all your staff for such fast and wonderful service. I'll keep smiling.

I got my new dentures from Aspen in 2017 and I have had nothing but trouble. I have had the dentures break in half, teeth have fell out. And when they replaced them they only did one plate at a time so now they don't line up properly and I've had to go back numerous times because of sore gums. My first set lasted 25 years with no problems besides normal wear issues. I will not recommend them to anyone.

I want to start by saying I NEVER give reviews. But with my experience at Aspen Dental in Plant City I felt that I had to. I was very happy with the way I was treated. Everyone from the assistant to the dentist. They were all wonderful and very accommodating. The assistance while taking my X-rays was very gentle after I explained that I had bones in my mouth that made it painful to put the device in my mouth. She even stay in the room while she held the device in my mouth and had someone else took the X-rays (very much appreciated.) shows how much she cares about her patients. She even got me blankets while I waited for the dentist. The hygienist was very informative shared with me exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. As he was explaining what needed to be done I was shown the x-rays that were taken. He pointed to every tooth that needed to be cleaned where I had a cavity. The dentist introduced himself to me spoke to me in a level where I understood what needed to be done while also showing me my X-rays. The office manager who was the last person I spoke to she was so sweet. She give me the breakdown of the cost what my insurance would covered what I was responsible for and my payment options. The only one complaint that I have was with the receptionist I am sorry to say but I don't believe that she has the personality that it takes to greet the patients. I hope that Aspen Dental remains in Plant City for many years.

Aspen is the only place I'll go. I have been to many of them and everyone has the same level of care and courtesy. The Aspen here in Plant City is truly one of the best. The staff are friendly and always pleasant to talk.
