I went back to dentist after covid so I was not expecting them to say that everything is great. They were friendly and welcoming they took care of my most urgent issues and set up a plan to address the other ones. I will send my friends and family to them.

Came in for a routine cleaning, was informed my fillings needed to be redone. I let them do that and immediately afterwards was in pain. Went in for them to look at it again and they told me I needed a root canal but needed to schedule me to see a specialist to confirm. The office manager told me "if it's not life or death it can wait a bit" and scheduled me 2+ weeks out. By the time I got to that appointment today my tooth and entire mouth were in severe pain and the specialist confirmed I needed a root canal. The office manager told me they required payment up front before scheduling the procedure. Only after I paid a thousand dollars, she told me I had to wait for a MONTH to schedule the root canal. I left and called about six other dental offices in the area and was informed by each one the tooth could not be left as is for that long or it'll cause further infection to my mouth which can be highly dangerous given the fact that I already have been waiting over two weeks with it like this. All because my pain wasn't "life or death", according to the office manager. I felt coerced and forced into being a patient of theirs when the best course of action would have been to refer me out immediately given the chance of infection and me describing how much pain I am in. I feel they were acting unethically by allowing me to wait in pain knowing I could easily develop an infection, all because they wanted my money and not what is best for me. This place is a joke and it doesn't seem like anybody here knows what they're doing. Do not spend your time or effort coming here.

I love Aspen Dental! They have been so helpful over the course of the past 2 years! They always provide exceptional service! I love coming here even though I've had to have extensive work done. I only trust Aspen!

I was blown away from the second I walked in. I have SEVERE dental anxiety (I've have 2 open heart surgeries bc of bad root canals, so it's not exactly an irrational fear). The last practice I went to was visibly disgusted by my fear. Aspen Dental, on the other hand, treated me with kindness and compassion. They took the time to truly listen to my issues and my concerns. I can't recall the last time any health care provider spend so much time with me, listening to my fears. I left feeling as though I was in good hands, and for the first time in a LONG time, I feel hopeful that I may have a future.

Tim, the Lab Technician at this location has gone above and beyond to create a smile for me that is exactly what I requested. He has been so patient and understanding. He is so talented I was privileged to have him design my smile. Thank you so much Tim. My story is extensive, but I won't bore you with that. I just want everyone to know the entire staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Each member of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They get an 10 out of 10 from me... Significant others Appointment was at 1pm numbed up for wisdom teeth extraction by 1:30 was well after three o'clock before doctor showed up to do the extraction keep in mind had to numb her again because it had wore off at this point would not recommend this place, I had the same procedure done in crawfordsville aspen dental and they were excellent I was done in an hour and a half for 4 teeth including preparation. The management in Plainfield need to get there "dentists/ hygienist" and personnel in line WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using aspen dental in Plainfield.

Not to sure of the guys name there but he did my extraction on my tooth today it was tooth 16 and man did he do it right i was numb and he took his time and got the horrible tooth out thanks for making my smile a little better then what it was props to you

Sarah the Hygienist in Plainfield does an excellent job without hurting you mouth. Savannah is always friendly and helpful. The whole staff treat you with respect and concern. Great team

The Terre Haute Aspen Dental was a bit better experience than at the Aspen Dental I went to in Plainfield. About a year ago I had a filling at the Aspen in Plainfield and the dentist kept nicking my cheek so much and then the entire left side of my face swelled up so much that one of the receptionist had to drive home with me because they were afraid I couldn't see out of my left eye that had swollen shut. Less than a year later that filling fell out and since I had moved since thenI went to the Terre Haute Aspen. However the office kept pushing out my appointment so it was almost 3 weeks that I had to deal with the hole in my tooth even though I told them I was in pain. I probably should have gone to another dentist that would have actually got me in sooner but because I had this filling done at another Aspen dental before I thought that they would fix it for free or at least at a bug discount. They said since it was done at another office and the dr that did the filling was no longer with Aspen they couldn't really do anything. I was extremely unhappy about this I still scheduled to have the filling and other root canals scheduled at Terre Haute because I thought maybe they would consider giving me a credit for all the hardship I endured. With previous events at Aspen that was probably unwise to do.

My husband and I had a great experience with the Aspen Dental team in Plainfield Indiana. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We were blown away with their professionalism and customer service. We haven't been to the dentist in over 16 years and the staff did not shame us one bit instead they thanked us for our business and reassured us that they were going to take care of us. We actually went in for my husband because he had a cracked tooth but after seeing how they operated, I immediately signed up as a new patient. We live almost 40 minutes away from their office and we pass several dentist offices along the way, but we will gladly drive to the Aspen Dental office in Plainfield because they are just fantastic. Going to the dentist is not a pleasant time but somehow the team there makes it so. Just a light fun atmosphere that calms the nerves. They truly care about their patients. Thank you so much for the great experience!
