I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and when I got there, they brought me in, gave me an X-ray, told me about the x-ray and charged me $140. The intent of the visit was for a routine cleaning and it is what they agreed with me upon scheduling. Additionally they also reassured me before the appointment began that I was here for a routine cleaning. I talked to their office manager Kayla, who said sorry for the miscommunication, but you need to have xy&z done before you can have a cleaning and it will be another x$; there's nothing we can do to compensate for our fault. I was shocked and I asked her why wouldn't you have told me what the appointment was for before the appointment began rather then afterwords? The manager Kayla said sorry we should have known better but there's nothing we can do to help. I then told her you need to meet your values and communicate with your customers before the appointment begins not after the appointment is completed. She did not have a response. Aspen dental has two simple core values listed in their brand: 1. No surprises 2. Their Peace of mind promise They failed to meet both of these two simple standards. Support your private dental offices and disregard these big Burger King like dental franchises. They are money hungry and do not hold a decent value. You will not save money going to Aspen dental. You're better off going to your private dental office because you only get one set of teeth. Furthermore, this also reflects the general atmosphere of the office; Unwelcoming and unsure of their own values. The fact they could not consider a customer satisfaction compromise really shows their core values first hand.

2nd Time at this place. Fantastic times, this one was a wisdom tooth that cracked. In at 8:10, xray by 8:20, Examination 8:30, Tooth Pulled by 8:50 and back in my truck by 9am. Incredible. Insurance did the rest and cost was under $50. Well done work by all. I think it was Dr. Cruz who performed the extraction but very happy and so is my wallet! I will be back again and refer people!

I have mixed reviews. The staff is incredibly friendly and I love that the Doctor talks me through every procedure so I know exactly what is going on. I've spoken to them about how terrifying the dentist is for me and they're very gentle and don't talk down to me about my dental issues. I don't love how many times my appointments seem to get rescheduled. Sometimes months out, after waiting months to get in, which just gives issues more time to worsen. I also recommend getting copies of estimates so you know exactly what to expect.

First, I can't say enough about the fantastic receptionist. She is so kind and helpful, and she has the best demeanor. I was not an established patient, but my situation was (to me) urgent. They do walk-ins, so I took my chances. They got me right in. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, which they were able to do immediately. The dentists and dental assistants were all very nice and professional and put me at ease. From start to finish, I may have been there for 90 minutes. I highly recommend them and will return.

We scheduled an appointment right at 8 am, when they open, hoping to avoid a long wait. Yet it took 55 minutes to see the dentist. Ugh.

Absolutely AMAZING experience!! I went in on a Monday with a dental emergency, they were able to get me right in for an x-ray, unfortunately there were 2 teeth that needed to be pulled, 1 of them being a wisdom tooth and the dentist who was there wasn't able to do it because he wasn't an oral surgeon. They gave me a referral to a surgeon and said they should be able to get me in right away. When I called I was told they couldn't do anything until October!!! By the next day I was in so much pain I couldn't stay at work. My husband called them back and explained what was going on and they told him there was actually a dentist there that day that might be able to help but he had to look at my x-ray first to make sure, by 1:00 they had me in there and pulled the 2 teeth!!! I can't thank them enough for getting me in so quickly!!

Very dissatisfied walked out with the same problem I went in with I had a broken tooth and they gave me an appointment a month away to fix it couldn't wait that long I'm on vacation very dissatisfied they could have repaired it they admitted it was lose but they couldn't be bothered now I will never be bothered by going to Aspen Dental again in my lifetime

Been waiting over a month to get broken tooth fixed. They have changed the appointment twice on me. Ended up canceling. Will not bother trying them again.

Dr Murthy was excellent. He explained my treatment options, listened to my concerns and gave his honest opinion so I could decide the right course of action for me. The only negative part of this experience was finding out that today was Dr Murthy's last day with Aspen Dental. Fair winds and calm seas doctor!

Dr. Cruz is a great provider! He's very understanding and excellent at explaining multiple treatment options. His demeanor is cheerful and his staff is very kind. They are a very busy practice, which is understandable based on how amazing their care has been at my last visit.

I had an appt on 12/28/2021 and another appt was required. The only appt available was May 23rd, 5 months later!! I got a call from Kayla today and "appt has to be changed". When asked why after 5 months I'm told " well, it's the Dr. preference". Excuse me?!?! How rude is that and it was no big deal to Kayla or Dominique. Very, very poor customer service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Very nice staff all around, never felt comfortable at a dentist's office before until I went to Aspen Dental, used my pronouns (they/them) correctly the entire time and made sure to explain and answer all my questions.

Had a Horrible experience Started with one dentist and end up with another Both said different things and different cost Staff unprofessional talking about other staff The dentist had a horrible chair side manor would not recommend this place to anyone
