I made dentist appointments for my daughter's and myself. I called and confirmed along with answering the confirmation in a text. When I arrived they informed me they gave all 3 appointments away and explained that I had not confirmed. This is after taking a half day at work and kids out of school. Will NEVER use again.

I am so self conscious of my teeth, and have dentures, only ever take them out of my mouth to brush them. Haven't even had a container to put my dentures in, in over 20 years, I sleep with them in. Can't talk if they aren't in my mouth. Recently broke my bottom plate beyond repair, made an appointment at Aspen Dental for a new pair, they got me in right away less than 48 hours, got me on a treatment plan with a payment plan I can afford. I'm so grateful. Hope the process doesn't take long.

Everyone in the office is very kind, caring, polite and supportive!! I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental on McKnight Road!!

I was in a lot of pain, and front office personnel assured me they would do whatever they could. I was taken back seen by a doctor and had my tooth extracted in such a timely fashion. Back office and dentist were extremely kind and caring. I need follow up work and I look forward to my return and the great service, thank you!

I had a wisdom tooth removed today and it must have taken less then 60 seconds. I was absolutely floored how quick and easy it was.

bad service made my appointment online got two email confirmations went there she said there was no appointment made I said okay let's do this again she made an appointment for a week later she said she was gonna call me she didn't I did get an email confirmation for that appointment filled out the paperwork online went there today for my appointment and same thing she said I was not in the system sorry to red flags I told her never mind I will go somewhere else worst experience I've had in a while

The team was very efficient, I was in and out in less than an hour for my initial visit and scheduled for my follow up by the time I left. It was much easier to get an initial appointment than the other dentists in the area.

This is a scam. They barely looked at my teeth. Came in for severe pain left with an appt for a week and a half from now for fillings. I can't even eat.

First time here, and I'm asking myself why I haven't made this my dental office 7 years ago. Being a truck driver is hard getting extreme soon as possible visit are nearly impossible. So glad I looked this place up and seen they have an opening the day after I had gotten into town! See you next week!

Worst dentist to fill cavities. have been in pain for a week so I called and they said they'd call back after they heard from doc. been over 8 hrs still haven't heard back.

Denied service because of my insurance. I was recommended to come here from the ER because of a Dental abscess. I'll never recommend this company to anyone.

McKnight Road referred me to Cranberry Twp. I was so happy to get an appointment so quickly at Cranberry Twp. Aspen Dental after chipping a front tooth and McKnight telling me I would have to wait till the following week. Staff is very friendly at Cranberry. Loved the dentist I got. Discussed what we were going to do directly and to the point. Please note the 5 stars is for Cranberry office.

I've been to several dentists in the North Hills area. I have a severe fear of dentists and getting work done. When it came time they worked with me and I was able to get my teeth pulled and what ever else done while I was asleep. I would suggest this office to anyone and I have!

Waited 4 months to get a cleaning and they cancelled my appointment saying they don't have a permanent hygienist to do cleanings.

Incredibly compassionate staff. They made me feel so comfortable and are just generally amazing. If you need any kind of dental work done, I highly suggest you go to these folks. They are genuinely awesome.
