My 88 year old father in law came in today and they helped adjust his old dentures so he did not have to get new ones. They were great and very attentive to him. The staff at the Pickerington location was awesome

I went to Pickergton location. I broke a tooth and wanted to save the tooth. I needed a root canal and crown. It was a totally different experience from the last root canal I had. They made sure I felt no pain and continuously asked was I ok. I had minimal pain afterwards. Dr Lee and his associate were great. This is where I'll be going for all my future dental needs. Definitely the best dental experience I've had in years. Five stars.

After a long absence from the dentist's office, I finally faced the music and made an appointment with Aspen Dental. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Zero shame from them while being uplifting and kind. Thank you for easing my anxiousness and fear and formulating a plan for success.

My experience with them yesterday was very pleasant and professional. Found them to be very through from each level: X-rays was done with precision. Dentist look over my abcesed tooth plus rest of my gums and teeth and gave me his prognosis not just on my immediate needs but a plan on what is needed to correct my other problems. Manager went over cost after insurance and scheduled appointment to have tooth extracted. In closing had a great experience

My husband broke his dentures after having a stroke, so I called looking for a dentist and they seen him the same day! How refreshing it was when we we arrived, we were greeting with friendly smiles and offered water, such a warm environment and wonderful place to come for dental work! All the staff did such a great job, in every area!! Aspen Dental was recommended to me by a friend and I will highly recommend it to others! Thank you to all, for doing a job WELL DONE!

Great experience! Staff was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in brought back in a timely manner, my dental assistant was great and made me feel at ease and was such a people person. The hygienist was awesome and very informative and made sure I understood everything we talked about. Dr.lee was great and very friendly went over what needed to be done in terms I understood, I look forward to coming back.

This is my 3rd visit. The location is great to my home. Everyone's been at least cordial if not truly friendly. The Dr. is attractive and that helps calm the nerves. Very knowledgeable staff. 2 down falls are the price, being a good bit higher than others. The seats & carpet are badly stained. Equipment for x-rays & pads are very old. Some updates for the staff and for the patients would nice. Needs to create a more sterile vibe wear in some places it has a wet/moldy smell. Overall I'm still a 4 & will return I'm sure.

Haley and Dr. Lee were phenomenal!! Not only did they explain everything but they were knowledgeable. They were able to get my daughter fitted and put a rush in for a flipper. I would highly recommend.

Front office lady with the short dirty blonde hair was extremely rude to my mother. I won't come back here.
