The staff was great & the dentist did a great job! They substituted for my dentist who wasn't in the office at the time , saw me rt away & actually did a better job then the other 2 locations I had work done at previously!

Dr. Koolick and staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They make the experience going to a dentist an easy one. I highly recommend them. And can't forget hygienist, amazing!

Very nice, and dont waist any time, from time I got there till I left, from x-rays to payment plan to impressions, they never stopped working...they are really on the ball...very good work ethics in the metro center office....thank u for good welcoming visit and will see me much more

The whole staff is knowledgeable,helpful, polite, friendly, and they talk to you in a way that you will understand what they're doing and what the next steps will be for your procedure if you need one.

I was hospitalized where my upper denture was lost. I contacted Aspen Dental because they had the best price and quickest replacement time, even though the hospital took responsibility and provided the funds to replace the denture I am still $40 short, every one of their staff members have shown the much needed emotional support and kindness, they have helped me through every step. Because I do not have my teeth it is near impossible to work, they allowed me time to get the balance, with amy and all hope, next week I will be able to have it. I am grateful to have found these incredible people and look forward to being a part of the outside world and regaining the confidence that only a smile can provide. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for all their help, when you can't smile, speak directly to people, eat or be a part of society due to the unbearable embarrassment, you look for miracles, I guarantee Aspen Dental is my miracle, next week I hope to get my life back and this staff is the sole reason I am able to regain my employment, interaction with people and pictures with my grandkids. A million thank yous for the gift of a smile.

My experience at Aspen Dental has been amazing! I have lived about 3 years with dentures that never did fit right. My first experience with receiving my dentures, I came out in tears.. I spent hours just laying there waiting all by myself and by the time they finally finished my dentures, they had me feeling really bad about myself. I made an appointment with Aspen and with the very first visit, they made me feel like I was the most important person in the room. I was never left alone, and was reassured with every step they made.. I just want to thank everyone there for making my first visit so great, I'm excited to move forward.

Did not have to wait very long to be called back for evaluation. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient with our time. They were helpful setting me up with a treatment plan that fit my schedule and budget. The dentist is friendly and professional. Pleased to have found this location, feel like I am on the road to much healthier teeth.

First and last appointment at this location. Will try another location and if it isn't any better I'll have to find a new dentist. No cleaning just x-rays. Have to schedule another appointment for a cleaning? My dentist before never had this issue. Editing.... Office staff was borderline competent. Lost my paperwork, scheduled me for my 1st appt at the wrong time even though I had conformation sent by them for a different time. Hygienist and dentist were pleasant but I couldn't get past my awful experience with the less than bright front office staff.
