475 E Bell Rd. Phx. Convenient and friendly staff and dentist. My Mom's appointment to replace her lost bottom denture plate. We were a little late and expected to wait a little extra but not an hour from being put in room to being seen by dentist. She did apologize. She was very nice and informative on what she saw. Honest about how denture plate would fit. But then have business person tell my 95 year old mother the best fit for One denture plate is over $2000. Sorry No. Then when questioning and saying website site says denture plate starting at 3-400 get told not in what works for her, but If I can show the cost on website she'll see what can be done. So under $800 gets worked out using a "coupon". Anyhow if my Mom is here next year and doesn't lose another bottom plate she'll be just fine with what's been decided on so she can eat. If she hadn't lost the plate we'd not have even had to be there. I just feel like we were going to be pushed into something unaffordable and if I hadn't spoken up my Mom might have been taken. At 95 a super denture plate with a 7 year warranty isn't necessary. Just one that fits the purpose for her to eat.

Called to schedule an appointment at the Bell location and Coyan from the call center was SO helpful! He went above and beyond answering my questions and concerns. Got me a timely appointment as well.

No stars. It took BBB to get any answers. Yes, Admin will tell you to contact them. Ha Ha.. Stay away from this place. Believe me, I had to get BBB to get any answers. Within in seconds , I will get a reply to contact them. Ha Ha.. This place is a joke.

The staff at Aspen Dental Phoenix office Bell Rd. and & St are friendly and they care very much for the patients especially Dr. Rasha Al-Kaabi is wonderful and very knowledgeable dentist. I believe strongly she is a treasure to Aspen Dental Office. Plus the prices for any treatment is very reasonable compared with all dentists' offices in Phoenix area. I personally recomand this office to our Phoenix residents. Ed Cami

Dr Mathur was just WONDERFUL! She took time to talk to me, answer my questions and ease any concerns I had regarding future procedures. All the staff was friendly, caring and ready to answer any question. I truly appreciate the Dr and staff, thank you!

Unprofessional administration and front desk. I was rescheduled 3 times in a row. 2 of the 3 times they waited to tell me once I was in office that they were going to cancel it. They attempted to blame it on me coming in late but I showed the confirmation email and the confirmation voice message both stating the correct appointment time. Then they blamed their computer system was showing a different time. 3 strikes and you are out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stay away! They don't return phone calls. I'm still waiting for a credit due to me for services I never received months ago. I've reported them to BBB.

Had great service until it came time to pick up my permanent denture. My original pickup was rescheduled because it didn't come in time. They said they would call me when it came in. I requested that they call me around 3:30-4pm since I work overnights. Every call I missed from them was at around 9-10am. I get off work at 5:30am and by 9am I am sleeping. I finally get a chance to call them while they where open and found out my denture had been discarded because they couldn't get a hold of me. The lady on the phone was very short with me and couldn't give me an answer on why they couldn't call at the time I requested. I now have to start the process over and am not able to get in there until the 24th of August. That's 19 days frow now. Once I am finished with this I will never step foot in another aspen dental again. If they try to charge me for impressions again I will just walk out because of the incompetent group in the office. UPDATE 08/24/22 Went in for the appointment I setup to get the impressions done again to find out my appointment was canceled when they called me about a week ago trying to claim I needed to do the hygiene appointment again @ $642. I already spent 3 hours in a chair for that and I only have 11 teeth left so how did they only do half my mouth in 3 hours? I just walked out of the office when the receptionist started saying something about the hygiene appointment as I already talked to the person on the phone and told them we already did that. I will not be wasting another dime with this crooked company. The reviews for this place are accurate. Don't waste your your hard earned money hear. Corporate the ONLY way I would ever step foot in this building again is if YOU pay for the rest of my treatment. I will not spend another dime.

My mother was a patient at this Aspen Dental location and it was IMPOSSIBLE for my sister and me to communicate with the office about her treatment plan, appointments, transferring records, etc. It has been the most frustrating situation. We highly recommend you do not go to this location.

Very professional and friendly service! Dr. Rasha is very knowledgeable,professional and friendly! This is my First time I don't feel pain while the dentist work with my teeth! Thank you Dr. Rasha very much and thank you Aspin's staff you are awesome and the best!!!

From beginning to end it gave me peace of mind.although I have upgraded dental I was not sure my dentures had coverageat Aspen Dental But after being with all the people at various stages of the visit and the gracious Dr.Rasha I proceeded since I was so positive about the office.Stephanie tried to push through my financial coverage so by end of visit I had accurate numbers.My dentures have never been right in appearance or fit and i hope to rectify that.I have not had finances to get new teeth and should have been replaced 5 years ago.I thought soon i would have to wear my mask to hold my teeth in.I hope to gain weight after I get new teeth.I hope to continue my confidence through this whole process. Such a relief. Too bad they don't do eyes.That is my next step.

Myself and my wife had the worst experience ever going to Aspen dental. Horrible service and staff. Management inconsistencies and turnover to include change in dentist just 1 of many examples of a horrible organization. Overpriced compare to other dentists. Dental procedure for my wife kept getting delayed which added more frustration as we waited what seemed like forever to get her crown in. To add frustration, no one in the office answers their phone or returns voice mails. I do not recommend this dental office to anyone.
