I made an appointment for an abcess tooth. I gave my insurance information and I was told that if they could not accept the insurance they would give me an x-ray and exam for free. I wasted my time going all the way there, after explaining to the woman I had no car, only to be told that they don't accept my insurance, and they wouldn't honor the agreement made by their scheduling receptionist. In short I have had the worst dental experience without ever being seen. I would never recommend this place.

My experience has been terrible. I would not recommend Aapen dental to anyone. They have terrible patient communication and their dental work is sub par. I had 1 cap put on so far and it's slightly crooked. I had a temporary cap put on another tooth yesterday and it it dont fit at all. It's to big. When I bite down I'm biting directly on that tooth, which I'm not supposed to do. It rough all the way around. It dont even feel like a tooth. More like a glob of dry plaster. My other cap was to fix a broken cap. When I came in for my first visit they didn't even attempt to smooth out the razor sharp edges. They were just concerned about writing up a bill for as much work as possible and getting my money. Very unhappy.

At first I was pretty hesitant on coming here because of the reviews but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Everyone has been so nice and informative. Yesterday was my 2nd time going and Keeven was great and very helpful to me. I'm not as worried as i was before.

My dental experience with Aspen Dental has been nothing short of outstanding from my first visit to the present. A special shout out to Amethyst and Keeven for their attention to my comfort during my visits. Thanks for caring so much. Kudos to the entire staff for making my visits pleasant. DR Calderon is a perfectionist and gives his all to make the best possible solutions for his patients. I'm so grateful to be part of this dental family

I had a tooth pulled and the dentist was gentle and kind. I am a very nervous patient. My dental hygienist Keeven was funny and sweet. He made less nervous and confident in my procedure.

Please stay away from their oral surgeon Okezie. Worst experience of my child's life. Had to call 16 days later to get a refund after they charged us a $50 co-pay, when they never removed my child's wisdom teeth. The oral surgeon was so mean to his assistant and my child. My child is traumatized now. Buyer beware!!!!!

This place is not even deserving of 1 star. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this office or any Aspen dental. I didn't listen to my co workers when warned of their terrible practices. I decided to switch insurance to save money and it was the most horrible mistake. The dentist there have no experience or skill. My daughter had 2 teeth that needed bonding after her braces came off. 3!!!!! Different dentists did the work on the same tooth that the bonding continued to break off of and we paid!!!! Our insurance paid I know triple for their mistakes. Now they're harassing us over $89 for work we already paid for AND her tooth STILL needs repaired by a different dentist. That will cost us more money. They're corrupt, they don't have any integrity as a company and very rude. Legal action should be taken against corruption. Don't go here! Find yourself a private dentist office.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Staff NOT professional. Borderline rude! Lost my X-rays & not able to retrieve, dentist came into the room and never introduced herself, I had to ask who she was? Never got a thorough exam. Came back for a cleaning that the hygienist "sped through", 10 minutes top! Then, when I got home, looked at my bill and was charged $135 for an ultrasonic tooth brush that I never received! Actually, was never asked if I wanted to buy one! Had to go back the next day to get a refund!! Stay away! Beyond horrible!

Very bad experience. Instead of listening to my problem, they were focusing on wisdom tooth extraction. Main focus was handing over the $$ estimates for procedure. Will never visit this place again.

From my first call to my first visit was excellent I have trauma from dentists before and this place has an amazing team from the dentists, assistants, hygienists, receptionist and billing...they have been exceptional I had a root canal today, and with all my anxiety and fear they made me feel better and did a superb job! I only wish I could recall the name of the amazing dental assistant today ( he didn't have a name tag, but he was EXCELLENT)

Awful dental office. They refused to be transparent about their fees until after a visit when they pulled up the elusive pricing sheet and finally stated what services would cost. Fees below without coverage: Cleaning: $152 Filling: $214 The visit included having my face being used as an arm rest for the hygienist while photos were being taken while also being told to "relax" as this was happening The worst was the office manager. A women whose role no doubt includes ordering supplies from Office Max and being combative with patients. A real integral player in the office's success. Clearly transferring to any other dental office is the right move, but it takes them 10-14 business days to email your files to another practice. I wasn't aware that the internet worked this slowly anymore.

More interested in trying to sell me a $3,850 treatment plan than actually treating me. I came in with one side of my face swollen and a tooth so far gone that it hurts when my tongue brushes against it, yet they didn't seem to care about the problem. Even worse, they wanted $315 per bad tooth for a total of $630. For two teeth. -10/10.
