The lady who did my x-rays was super nice!. The dentist explained in detail all areas and provided current and future process regarding treatment. I was disappointed that when I scheduled my appointment I was to have a check up and cleaning. They were too booked for the cleaning and re-scheduled me for 4 weeks to have the cleaning. There financing option is not the best. Could be better.

Every person, from the x-ray technician to the front office to the doctor herself were amazing. The customer service and professionalism, coupled with kindness and proficiency, made my emergency experience the best it could be, and will cause me to move my family to Aspen dental from another dentist.

The dentist was very fast and professional, they were big sellers on things I needed done in the future when I came in for one thing, I'm old school would recommend them to other people, felt removal was a little rougher than I was used to but went smoothly and was happy thank you Miss Dr dentist

My visits have been handled in a very personal manner. The staff are very knowledgable, have professional skills as well as an attitude that wants your comfort put first. They explain the process by letting you know where treatment is in its progress toward finish. They are concerned about your comfort while you are receiving during their care.

I had a great experience going there today. They truly cared about me and my situation. That's why I wanna continue going there. I wish I knew about Aspen Dental along time ago. I'm just happy to know Aspen Dental now. They treated me like a part of the Aspen Dental family. Especially my favorite person that works in the front. Ms. Mariah thats my girl. She took care of me today. I'm glad to be apart of them.

My wife needed some dental work, and found that Aspen Dental was in our insurance network. We set up an appointment for her initial consultation. They checked her out and came up with a treatment plan. We sat down with an financial advisor to discuss our options. Their price was over $7,000 dollars. Our insurance would only cover about $3,000 leaving us with a $4,000 balance. When going over the bill I noticed that they had charges for $135.00 for an Oral B electric toothbrush. Are they serious? I can get it a half that price at any pharmacy. $30.00 for mouthwash. Are you kidding me? $30.00 for tooth paste for sensitive teeth. This must be a bad joke. Then they had a 3 visit teeth cleaning. I have had a deep cleaning myself and it was done in 1 visit. And it went on and on. I have the printout of this as proof of what I say. Padding the bill with over inflated prices is bad business! I don't like to be ripped off. Beware.

We are from out of State. My Husband lost a filling and was in severe pain on a Saturday. Online it said the Pensacola Office was open on Saturday's for emergencies. We called and spoke to someone and they said to go to the Pensacola Office and they will see him. We drove 45 minutes and the receptionist told us they only take appointments and that they cannot see him. There was no one in the waiting area and the technicians were walking. around. They Did not seem busy at all. It is a disappointment that the receptionist did not even go ask the Dr if they could at least see him and give him an antibiotic and something for pain to get him by. I DO NOT Recommend this Office.

I went to Aspen dental not too long ago this year, because they offer a FREE examination, x-rays and evaluation. I thought that was nice of them. I already knew that this is just a gimmick to lure new patients into their business. But okay, I expected that before I went in. I mean, why not? I think it's a good business practice. There's nothing wrong with that. However, what I didn't expect was to be pressured and lied to by their staff and dentist. But first I need to explain my situation, and then I'll tell you how they lied to me. The whole reason I came to Aspen was because my upper left molar was rotted a bit by the gums. I had already met with two different dentists not associated with Aspen. The first dentist said the tooth needed to be extracted. That didn't seem right to me, since it looked like the tooth could be saved with a root canal. I'm not even a dentist and I saw that. Sure enough, the second dentist said a root canal could indeed be done. I was happy to hear that. However, the second dentist wanted $4,000 for a root canal and crown. I was already out $200 by the first two dentists to get their opinions about my hurting molar. It hurt bad whenever I bit down on anything more solid. This is why I came to Aspen, since the exam was FREE. Free is good! I very much appreciated that they took some x-rays and looked at my teeth for free, and they deserve some praise for that. Aspen also recommend that I have a root canal, but they don't do root canals, so they would send me out to have it done elsewhere. Aspen would later do the crown only. But then Aspen's staff and dentist tried to pressure me to get a "deep cleaning," which they charge $1,500 to have done. I had never heard of that type of procedure before, and didn't know enough to question them. So I paid them $3,500 upfront, and they scheduled me for a couple weeks later. But when I left Aspen, the next day I felt like I might be getting taken advantage of. So I called a fourth dentist in Pensacola, this time an independent family owned business (not a chain of corporate dental offices like Aspen or Comfort Dental), not associated with Aspen Dental, who said that I didn't need a "deep cleaning" at all. He only charged me $900 for the crown, whereas Aspen Dental wanted $1,650 for the crown. So I cancelled my dental appointment with Aspen dental. In fairness to Aspen Dental, they did refund all my money within the week. No one gave me any hassles about cancelling. But that fourth dentist saved me $2,250!!! I just paid $150 for a regular teeth cleaning at the fourth dentist, and after I paid $1,600 for the root canal (they also sent me out elsewhere), the fourth dentist only charged me $900 for the crown. It bothers me that Aspen tried to sell me a deep tooth cleaning, when my tooth/gum gaps were all within acceptable range. So be aware of this if you do choose to go to Aspen, make sure they don't sell you a deep cleaning that you don't really need. It's a gimmick. And also, Aspen charged me $125 for an electric toothbrush. I went to Walmart and bought a Braun (a top name in dental supplies) electric toothbrush for only $15. Aspen had also charged me $80 for two different types of dental cream, that they said needed to be used on my teeth during the crown procedure. The fourth dentist didn't charge me for any of that. Aspen is a corporate dental business, meaning that they have a chain of clinics all making money for the main corporate headquarters. So they have an incentive to charge you for every little thing, which is just taking advantage of people. So in my humble opinion, please go to a privately owned family dental clinic. Stay away from Aspen Dental, Comfort Dental and any other chain clinic dentists. God bless.

These guys are dangerous. They almost killed my son. He would of been dead if we didn't rush him to the hospital for emergency surgery. They pull teeth that don't need to be pulled and then no pain relief. Save yourselves from this horror.
