I have become a big fan of the Aspen Dental team I've worked with in the last few months to create a new set of dentures. From the doctors to the assistants and the office staff, these women really, really know their stuff. Professional, pleasant and I can't speak highly enough about what they do. I only needed a minor adjustment to the new set today, but the appointment went without a hitch - on time, efficient, pleasant, as always. I'm really impressed,

I had been very hesitant to get the major dental work done that I have known for some time that I needed. To be honest, the pandemic and wearing a mask whenever I was out of my home just made it easier to delay. With strong encouragement from my family and friends, I recently went for an initial consultation at Aspen Dental in Peabody, MA. There was ample free parking directly in front of the office. The person who did my intake was welcoming and helpful. Starting with x-rays taken by Yesenia, a dental assistant whose genuine broad smile and gentle voice went a long way toward putting me at ease, and continuing with Barbara, one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dental hygienists who have ever treated me, my concerns, questions, and even fears were treated with great concern and respect. Barbara's instructions, explanations, and answers were always clear and thorough, as were Dr. Camacho's as she confirmed my strong suspicion that a significant amount of reparative work should be done. As I explained to Dr. Camacho how embarrassed I was for my mouth being in the state that it is, Dr. Camacho immediately redirected my focus to the fact that there is now a comprehensive plan in place that will make me want to smile in public again. At the conclusion of my visit, I met with Rachel, who was incredible with coordinating appointments for the several procedures, and with my payment schedule, which is extremely reasonable. Since before that first visit until the present, Rachel has communicated with me to keep me abreast of updates and helpful adjustments to the initial plan. I have already been back for my first visit to enact the very involved dental restoration process, and I have 3 more visits already scheduled. Again, Yesenia, Barbara, and Dr. Camacho made me feel cared for by sprinkling gentleness and humor in with the detailed and complicated work that they are doing for me. I recommend that if you are interested in improving your dental health, Aspen Dental in Peabody is the place to go.

The office was very clean. The receptionist were great. I'm not one who ever likes going to the dentist. But the staff put me right at ease. They explained everything so I would understand what was going to happen and when. The first visit was free. Ex-rays and any proses that they could be doing. I had a tooth ache so bad my ear hurt. The dentist told me I had to wait a few days for the antibiotics to work before they could pull it. I had already put enough money into the tooth trying to save it., ( big mistake on my behalf) The dentist was amazing. She stopped when I felt pain. Other dentist have told me that it's just pressure. I know the difference between pain and pressure. She stopped and gave me another shot. I have never had a painless tooth pulled in my life. I knew I had gum disease but waited to see if they would tell me. They measured every tooth and explained what was wrong and what I needed to do to help correct the issue. After my insurance I will only be paying less than three fourths what I was quoted for just the gum scrapping. I had a tooth pulled and a filling and the gum scrapping in three parts. It cost me less than getting a tooth pulled at my old dentist after my insurance company paid!!!!! How does that make any sense??? It doesn't. I also read every little line just to make sure I wasn't getting taken again. And I'm pleased to say that what they said is what's on the paperwork I have. front tooth broke off upper denture, that I purchased maybe a year ago , and they want to charge me over two hundred dollars to repair it. this is my second denture I purchased from Aspen that has broken on me. never again.

The people that work there are absolutely the best. (Jill & Kristen just to name a couple) Everyone made me feel so comfortable and they actually cared about what I had to say. I have had the worst experiences with other dental practices but not this one. If you need to get any procedure done or check up I highly recommend coming to this practice. The whole staff is very professional, compassionate, relatable, and very attentive to needs of a patient. DA's and office staff all deserve a raise.

Coming from a person who often dreads a dentist visit, I can only recommend this location. Whenever I go to Aspen Dental in Saugus, I'm greeted by nothing but positive energy by the entire staff. During my last two visits, Jacqui was very polite and patient with me while I was filling out paperwork and asking questions. Also, Rich is one of the best dentists I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Obviously, he did a fantastic job making my teeth feel clean. I grew up never taking the best care of my teeth, but Rich was very understanding. He motivated me to try a little harder with my daily dental routine and to come back every three months for a cleaning. I can't see myself going anywhere else for any dental needs in the foreseeable future. Thanks guys!

I went to Aspen Dental in Peabody Ma today and was pleased with every single person I came in contact with. The Doctors are incredible and the team they have listen and are kind and gentle. This process that I have been going through for the past 6 months has unfortunately been more bad experiences than good. I am happy to say that when I got there I was beyond stressed and wasn't expecting a positive experience but to my surprise it was wonderful and I came out with a significant weight off my shoulders. Thank you Aspen Dental!
