I had a bad experience the first time beening at Aspen Dental. November 1, 2022 which was yesterday. Walked in the back when they called my name. They did x-ray then the Doctor comes in he said he needed to clean my teeth. Didn't do nothing but made my hold left side of my face an back tooth hurt worst. I told him my crown came out from what another Doctor put in. He should have gave it back to me. Then he wrote an perspiration out supposedly for me. Then I get to Walmart to get it fill, the woman in the pharmacy said they will not fill it. Why because she said who ever is the doctor that wrote that prescription didn't put my date of birth on there. An the prescription had a out of town address on it. An they ask me why did I come from out of town to get it fill. I told the woman that works in the pharmacy that I was not out of town I stay here in Moss Point an I went to Aspen Dental here in pascagoula. I don't know why would this doctor do this. Don't know why he is working in this kind of field cause he didn't help me at all. But I will never go back. I didn't have any insurance so that was money loss. And one thing for sure we live an we learn. I rate Aspen Dental a 4 an thats really a low score. Not good at all. This company must do better.

The staff was very friendly with a familial atmosphere. They were efficient and I felt at ease. Great family friendly and I'd recommend to all my family and friends!

Friendly staff, wait was not long. I think I may have offended my Dr. by asking if I could use a short version of his name I was only trying to get a smile /laugh out of him from behind his mask which never came. But as I was leaving I noticed his first name is Brian but I will not be using it or any of his name I'll simply say Dr.

My mom had a wonderful experience at the Pascagoula location today. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything in advance of services. She highly recommends.

This place is a joke my mother has been waiting for partials for over a month now and every time she calls in she has to leave a voicemail, no one returns her call and no one is ever available to take a call. Unfortunately, this is the only dentist that takes her insurance so she is stuck with the worst facility on the coast. If you can help it do not go here if you are looking for considerate service. I would give them zero stars if I could.

They tried to make me pay $11,000 for dentures. I went to affordable dentures and got the same thing I was going to get through them and paid $5,250 for them. They are too expensive!! Nice people don't get me wrong just the price I couldn't afford.

I originally gave Aspen dental of Pascagoula MS a 5 star rating because it was a free consultation and it went smoothly. I was planning on returning to have some procedures done recommended by the staff. After leaving I've been waiting for my prescription for two days now. I've called and have gotten no response and when I finally received a response, the person seemed confused about what the prescription even was. She informed that she would leave a note for the doctor. I still have no medication and I'm assuming because I did not commit to any payment on the spot, they view me as unimportant to them. I m glad I I commit because I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am cared about.

Slow as molasses! 3 hours for a check up and counting. Over priced and underserved. Last time my family and friends go to this jack in the box... Cookie cutter and unprofessional...
