People are nice. But too many times I need to go back and have things redone. Had a root canal then crowned, had to go back because it was still very sensitive after 4 months, could barely drink cold water. Had 2 fillings done, and after 3 weeks, still having pain when trying to eat. Scheduled another visit, but then sent away to wait. After 2 days called again and being advised to wait again "so see if the pain will subside"... Scheduled for another 2 days... After this is resolved, will be looked for another dentist.

Most unprofessional office I've ever visited. Decided to give them a second chance, only to get screamed at by a bully named Michael. Definitely explains a lot about the functioning of this office. Either the doctors are hitting on you or Michael in finance, is slamming down phones and screaming after charging you ahead of time for services and not refunding you accordingly. I feel bad for the doctor who gets begged to do another patient's implant with an overloaded schedule that they can't handle. He's milking the patient's for their money and does not know how to run an office. The violent tantrum he acted out was most definitely inappropriate and should never be witnessed in a dental office, or anywhere. What a sham! If you have mental health triggers, not the office for you.

Today I had a true emergency and rushed into Aspen Dental in Parma OH. They could not have been more courteous or helpful. I am starting a new job in 3 work days and there was no way I could start with a broken denture. The doctor, technician and Egor (definite props) fixed my denture the same day! Thanks to this great team I feel confident and assured that I can face my new job looking good!

I had a dental emergency. They were amazing and getting me in last min. Helping resolve my issue, come up with a treatment plan, educated me, super professional, great and friendly staff, and walked me through exactly how much everything cost with and with out insurance. I left feeling like I was in good hands.

Was made an appointment to see the dentist. Once arrived was not permitted to see a dentist. Very bad continuity of office staff. Go elsewhere for good service. Wasted my time in making appointment and my time driving there for nothing.

Best dental experience I've had in a long time. Dr.McMahan and her assistant Kai were absolutely wonderful. Was a very non-judgmental environment. The office manager and receptionist were very friendly and kind they were also willing to help me find the best payment options possible. Thank you again staff!!

I went here for a normal check up. I was told I needed a deep cleaning. I have insurance and still had to pay $500 out of pocket. The girl that does the billing gave me 3 different prices and she admitted that she gave me the wrong price and fixed it. Somehow I was still paying out of pocket $500 for a deep cleaning with insurance. It did not make any since. I was disappointed that no one could properly explain why I had to pay so much. Overall the staff was nice. the hygienist I had was awesome. There is a huge issue with billing here.

Well ... Anyone that knows me .. knows I absolutely hate the dentist .. until I found Aspen Dental .. on ridge in brookpark .. They were thee best .. especially Karen Plum ... and Dr. Popa...... it was crazy... these two amazing people completely changed my whole Dental experience .. I love these two .. thanx for everything ...!!

I had an appointment and it was my first time coming to this place and I happened to be just over 10 mins late and the staff was extremely rude. I received a call as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and walked in to them telling me that their late policy was 15 mins (something I was never told when making my appointment) and you're rescheduled. Seeing I wasn't 15 mins late I was sure I was going to still be seen. Instead I was told that after 10 mins they just cancel the appointment, contradicting their policy that I was originally told on the phone of 15 mins. I was then forced to reschedule and rushed out the door.

I'm sorry but they lost me. You must get an x ray every time for cleanings. They're also over priced and I've had better cleanings than this place. I'm usually a nice guy with reviews but I'm not going to let something like this slide. This is ridiculous! Don't waste your time here, or find out the hard way like I did.

I went to Aspen Dental in Parma, OH. had an excellent experience until I got to the dental hygienist. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. I mentioned to the hygienist that I was experiencing tooth sensitivity. She barely acknowledged my concern. Then, as she was cleaning my teeth, I began experiencing uncomfortable sensitivity and began to wince and indicate that I was uncomfortable. She stopped and said, "Sweetie, I need to do this to clean your teeth." She showed no concern about the fact that I clearly felt uncomfortable. Then, she got water all over my chin and neck, and said, "'ll get you a paper towel to wipe yourself off," but then continued the cleaning and offered me a paper towel after she was all done. Honestly, I'm so disappointed in my experience and will not be going back.

I was seen today for an emergency, and I was sooo nervous about coming in and I wasn't going to. I'm so happy I did! The entire staff was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I don't have the best teeth so I always feel judged and they didn't make me feel that way at all. They helped me with the financial part since I have zero insurance and made me a dental plan with it. I can honestly say I've never had better service or just in general kindness at a dental office before so thank you!!

Absolute trash. We received a bill after being told services would be covered- fine we paid it. Then a month later we received a second bill for the same service. I called 4 different numbers but there isn't a billing department so no one could 'help'. They lie about the cost of services and then continue to send you bills for new surprise amounts every month.
