Everyone and I mean everyone at the office was a pleasure to speak with. I have wisdom teeth coming out and even through all the pain, every employee was a delight to speak to. Was even able to schedule my procedure for the next day! Awesome staff! Highly recommended! Couldn't be more pleased!

After having a prior extraction with another dentist, and having had an incredibly horrible experience, I was petrified when finding out I needed another. Saw Dr. Beltran and had such a different experience! She was so calming. The procedure was QUICK and left me with very little pain. Highly recommend if you find yourself in this situation.

After a car accident in 2017 my teeth were the least of my issues. After over 5 years I needed to see a dentist to correct the damage from 5 years of neglect. I went to a few places and it felt like even though I have great insurance, I was being told I would need thousands of dollars to take care of my issues. Not feeling like a VIP for sure I called Aspen Dental as I went down the list of providers. AMAZING decision!!! I saw and interacted with 4 or 5 people on my first visit. 2 hours later I left after meeting 4 or 5 friendly, knowledgeable people who made me feel like I made a good call. The last person I saw was Kayla, she chopped up the insurance like a beast which is the most overly complicated piece of any medical procedure. Not only was she able to get to the bottom of what was covered, she worked out the scheduling of the entire treatment plan so I had time to come up with the couple of Uncovered parts but still get everything that was covered done in the gaps. I had 3 surgeries on my spine and I wish they were this smooth. I feel really good going to Aspen, my second visits done and went great now tommorrow is number 3. Thanks ladies and gentlemen at Aspen.

I would like to elaborate on my visit but I would take up the whole page. So I'm gonna make it simple, every person I talk to was very pleasant, professional, helpful, and took care of my situation with my tooth issue. I could never see me going anywhere else.

Patient asked me to post for him- "Renee, Good morning. Thank you for everything yesterday. I had difficulty with writing a review on the Aspen Dental website. It simply did not allow me to access "Write Review". So, I am sending this to you for your office to display.... My first visit to Aspen Dental in Palm Harbor was fantastic. A truly positive experience from entering the building to leaving. Diane at the front desk was grinning and welcoming; and for a front desk attendant, she genuinely seemed not to dread everyone approaching her desk for check-in. Noel took over from there and escorted me to the examining room. There was a TV in front of the examining chair tuned into an enjoyable culinary show. I suspect to keep your mind off the fact that you're in a dentist's office. Noel informed me exactly what will happen. She was polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Noel conducted the x-rays and 3-D imagery. I was in a good deal of pain, so Noel assisted me when I could not clench my teeth for an x-ray. A transplant from French Canada, we had a pleasant conversation regarding language and cultures. Next was Jessica. The time spent with Jessica was far more brief. Jesscia had reviewed my x-rays and consulted with Noel about the prognosis, then decided to move things along by having the Lead Dentist at Aspen Dental Palm Harbor, Dr. Beltran, take over from there. I suspect Jessica could have conducted her own examination, but decided it was unnecessary. In my opinion, this speaks to her experience and professionalism. Dr. Beltan was absolutely amazing. The doctor was thorough and detailed. She did not seem rushed to get out of the room or onto the next patient. Dr. Beltran took more time with me than expected, and pointed out everything she had concerns about. She offered her professional opinion and provided a logical diagnosis. Dr. Beltan presented an option that was not considered by the previous dentist who examined me. Her hypothesis could save me money, time and trouble in the long run. That is definitely appreciated. If all dental grads from Temple perform like this, they have one heck of a program there. Lastly, Renee (with three e's) is at check-out. A terrific personality. Very helpful, great disposition. Not a hint of churn and burn. Every bit as personable and friendly as everyone before her. You could tell she had a good sense of humor, and wasn't afraid to use it. She was also sporting a cool hair do that is probably a testament to her whimsical side. There you have it. My first experience with Aspen Dental Palm Harbor. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants and expects a great dental experience." John Spoto

The staff, from the receptionist, X-ray tech, & hygienist were knowledgeable, efficient, considerate, & sensitive and accommodating at every step of the process . All engendered trust & I gladly trusted them almost immediately. I first noticed the cleanliness & the cutting edge technology was impressive. But the staff's smiles & honest & friendly approach, put me at ease & will keep me coming back

I had severe pain from a wisdom tooth. They were able to fit me in same day so I went through the 5 hour process of the exam, x-rays, traveling to another location to get a ct scan and then came back for my procedure. The staff was incredible, kind and helped keep me calm until it was time for the surgery. Unfortunately, the oral surgeon lacked empathy or compassion with the amount of pain I was in and told me he was not going to perform the extraction after all due to the tooth being close to the nerve. I was in clear distress and rather than help calm and explain the situation, he seemed more annoyed and in a hurry to get me out of the office. I hope he was just having an off day and this is not the type of DR that cares more about cases rather than the patient.

Sent my family member in for a cleaning after Aspen sent a post card offering a cleaning at a reasonable price. When he got there, the price suddenly changed to an excess of $300. I told him to get out of there and made an appointment with a reputable dentist.

Very nice. Employees are pleasant, friendly, expeditious and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful, bright, colorful, organized and so well appointed, not your typical sterile dental office. Love the cut- glass windows. Additionally, Kayla IS Palm Harbor Aspen, a wonderful customer service representative. Pay her well to keep her around. She makes the visit more pleasurable.

I had some extensive dental work done starting in September 2021 and must say it was a very positive experience. Dr. Beltran did all my dental work and she made me feel very relaxed by explaining every detail of each procedure. Also the dental hygienists were very friendly and made every visit as relaxing as possible.

Dont ever go here especially the one at 33160 US Hwy 19 N, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. They refused to accept my insurance and would not clean my teeth without a $400 per visit upsell AND demanded I come 4 times a year. No cavities and just needed a cleaning. I would also like my 73 bucks back for the unnecessary x-ray that was not explained and x-ray records that I paid for. But, I know they wont respond so just avoid.

My wife went in to Aspen Palm Harbor and was treated very well. She had teeth extracted and was given pain medication for 3 days. On the after surgery check she has vary painful sores in her mouth. She said that the Dentist came in to the room and talked with the assistant, my wife asked some questions she had, but the Dentist didn't even acknowledge her. The Dentist finished talking to the assistant and left. My wife did not get any questions answered and was told that she would not get any pain medication. This just blows my mind as I am setting here listening to her and tears in the bedroom because she is in so much pain. WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES THIS TO PEOPLE AND IS OK WITH IT!!!!!

I have to give such high credits for this company, all the staff was extremely nice and my visit went by quick! Ronyia the dental assistant helped me during my visit. She was very pleasant and explained everything she was doing. Ronyia was very quick with taking X-rays. Lucy was another dental assistant who helped make sure I was comfortable and offered me drinks, and snacks. Jessica the hygienist was very gentle with my cleaning and her room felt so comfy with her lights hung up and made me feel at home. Dr. Beltran was very kind, and professional. She explained each treatment plan and answered all my questions and made me feel she's trust worthy. Kayla the office manager was such a bundle of joy and made the last touch of my visit fantastic

Outrageous pricing, even with insurance. Going to charge me 1879 for a deep cleaning with anti biotic for my gums. That's with a dental ppo. ** Another local reputable dentist called me back and I asked them about the same procedure. Quoted $823 w/o insurance. You guys are ridiculously overpriced for the work. Especially in this economy. *** 3rd edit. After reading all your one stars, they are all the same! LOL you guys are a money hungry franchise that's preys on people health. Disgusting really.

Made appointment for teeth cleaning and extraction. I was the first patient and dentist came an hour later. They did not schedule the cleaning. They did xrays and that was it. Told me that they could not do the extractio because the dentist was behind. I was the 1st patient, how are they behind
