Great experience. One dentist office said it take at least a month to get my dentures. Aspen is going to have them ready in couple a days and has a warranty of a year. I recommend this dentist office. The Dr. explained all the options so I understand everything. This was a great dental appointment.

I had a great experience yesterday left dentist office very happy I lost my partial finally found them in my driveway crushed took them to the office they smiled and said don't worry . Can you pick them up tomorrow ? We will take care of you I was so happy. because I have to speak in church Sunday God is good and so is Apen Dental.

I started my implants for snap in dentures on top partial on bottom I paid over 20 thousand dollars ahead of time. So intrest started before alot of it was done. I go back get the healing caps then made appointment for the post and the wax fit well they don't have the parts that was weeks ago and they keep telling me they have no idea when they are getting them. The temporary are so big I have to wedge them in my mouth and use seabond pads but they hang way down the temporary partial in bottom don't even fit I can't eat with them. At my last appointment they took my remaining balance then told me they don't have the parts. I have suffered with these over sized temporary dentures for months they have all my money now but don't have the parts. And no idea when they are getting them I'm sorry but when they charged me the 18 grand and started this they should of had the parts to finish. They printed me out 2 bills with 2 different amounts on them but after 3 hours I got another girl that straightened it out and I paid what was due. If I could go somewhere else to finish I would. I'm going to be making tiki tok videos from start to finish to show how bad these are. The girl told me they make standard size temporary and they are huge and she hates it. I don't know if I should call a lawyer or one of the news channels but I need them finished

As far as Dr. Wright, & her helper Cyrstal...they are great and are very good at what they do as well as professional....The only problem I have with Aspen Dental is a long wait after Dr. Wright prepares me for the Tem. Cap...It appears that Aspen Dental only has 1 monater/HIGH TECH COMPUTER TO USE ON PATIENTS PRIOR TO PUTTING THE TEMP. IN AND IF BEING USED THEN IT MAKES THE PATIENT (ME) WAIT FOR A VERY LONG TIME...MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 2:30 AND i LEFT THERE AFTER 5 PM...THIS IS A VERY LONG TIME TO WAIT, DUE TO ASPEN DENTAL ONLY HAVING 1 OF THESE COMPUTERS! I THINK WITH THE COST OF PRICES WE ARE CHARGED THEN PERHAPS ASPEN DENTAL SHOULD CONSIDER BUYING ANOTHER ONE OF THESE MONITERS/COMPUTERS SO PATIENT DOES NOT WAIT SO LONG FOR COMPLETION...THANK YOU!

What a great experience, (am I talking about a dental experience :-) ) The Team of Dr. Nash, Crystal and Kelly-II, were wonderful and very professional - well I couldn't have had any better service. KEEP UPI THE GOOD WORK...my compliments.

I just want to share how happy I am to have found DMD Rennie and DA Saharra E. They took great care of me, and made me feel safe during the process. Thank you again. Today I received dental care from Dr. Nash and Sahara that I am very pleased. I feel like Dr. Nash took his time to do the best work and I really appreciate it.

My experience with aspen dental was excellent! The place was clean with nice up to date equipment. The staff exactly what you would want nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would take my children there!!!

You can't through on the phone. They put you on hold for 15mins or more. You call back they don't say anything but put you right back on hold.

Update to my review: I really appreciate the dental care I've received in the past, but I am very disappointed that I have been trying to make an appointment for over 2 weeks. It's phone tag, to leaving messages, never getting called back etc. People don't go to the dentist for fun. There's something wrong, I need my dentist to help me. I'm so frustrated for the lack of concern that I as your client maybe suffering, and it doesn't seem to matter. Why is it so difficult to make an appointment? To get a call back?

They were very nice people. The doctor and the nurses were outstanding with their care and work. They took care of me when I was in need. I would Definitely Recommend them to anyone that needs dental work.
