I visited Aspen Dental over a year ago and it was a good experience. I came for a second opinion. I do have dental insurance. Another dental practice in West Palm quoted me thousands of dollars of dental work. I was shocked. I don't have many cavities or problems. I went to Aspen- -everything was friendly and professional from beginning to end. Dr. Dominguez was friendly & extremely professional and gave me her honest opinion and kept on point of what work I really did need. Ruling out anything unnecessary. They not only are saving me a lot of money, time, but gave me peace of mind!

Stay away from Aspen dental's they only hire inexperienced doctors right out of school I'm losing teeth because the doctors do not have the knowledge to diagnose properly!! Or the skill to even repair the teeth I don't know how some of the doctors that work for aspen dental even have their licenses I'm so ashamed that I spent my money with this company please trust me runaway find a private dentist that will take care of you and care about your well-being Dr. Justin Griffee Will promise you the world but cannot deliver he tries his best to make you feel comfortable so you trust him !! all along there just worried about making money off of you !! They tell you whatever you wanna hear so you'll pay them and they deal with the problem later !! The problem is later your losing teeth after you spent thousands because of the negligence and inexperience!!! Absolutely terrible!!!

I have an tooth infection in a lot of pain and went in for an emergency appointment on July 8, 2022. The prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I called the emergency number twice and left a message and no dentist on call ever returned my call.

TOTAL SCAM DO NOT GO HERE!! I was totally scammed here. Beware of office manager Nate. First off like another reviewer I was told I need periodontal cleaning which would cost me over 600 dollars after insurance. I was scheduled to go back to get my second "periodontal" cleaning when I was told my copay had increased. When I asked why the lady who called (her name is Veronica) said to me that she would transfer me to the office person to explain. I was told that my insurance did not cover portions of my cleaning. I called my insurance company and was told that the claim was denied because they billed certain procedures on the same day that are clearly not allowed to be billed for the same day. The representative from my dental insurance company stated that all Aspen dental needed to do was file an appeal and explain and it could be paid. So I called back Aspen Dental on Northlake Blvd and told them this. I also told them I will not come in for another appointment until this is rectified. They set me for another appointment for 3 weeks later so they would have enough time to fix their mistakes. When my rescheduled appointment came to be Veronica called me to verify my appointment. I asked her what my copay was to be. She said it would be over 400 dollars. I said no cancel the appointment again. I asked to speak to office management again. No one available to talk to me. I called my insurance company to see what was the issue. They stated that Aspen dental filed an appeal but never sent in the dentist's narrative justifying the work needed. They only sent in XRays. The rep said that they should know to send in the narrative and if they had it could have been payed. So I asked my insurance rep on the phone to call the office and explain this to Nate. When she called she too was told by Veronica that Nate was not in. Hmm.. My insurance Rep told me to call Aspen Dental's corporate number so I called and filed a complaint. Another week or so passed and Veronica calls me again to confirm my dental appointment. I asked her what is the copay amount? She responds again that it is over $400 dollars. So clearly Nate did not do his job. Immediately I canceled both my appointment and my son's. I told Veronica not to schedule anymore appointments. Clearly Nate does not care to fix his mistakes. I refuse to pay for someone's incompetent mistakes! I am clearly upset and it saddens me that i have to write this review. I never write negative reviews. However I feel I was clearly scammed and do to the lack of ethics in this office I will be reporting this practice to the better business bureau. Beware of this company and their unethical business practices. I wish I had read the other negative reviews so I could have been forwarned and never came to them for services.

What a disappointing experience, After being in pain for over a week. I went to the dentist to have my mouth examined I was told I need to have my tooth removed and told that I should have it done by a surgeon. I was promised antibiotics to be sent to CVS three days later I still have no antibiotics and no help with the pain. They are only interested in racking up as much money as they can to have dental work done. There is no customer care or regard for how the customer might feel. After my visit there was no follow up call to make sure that anything that they said they were gonna do were done. I called several times to have my antibiotics sent to CVS they assured me it was there still not done. How can I trust them to do $12,000 worth of work on my mouth and they cannot send a simple prescription for antibiotics to the pharmacy. No regards for the patient beware !!!!
