Awesome service everybody was friendly and it made my daughter and i very confortable. We got greeted at the entrance and Anna was very helpful at explaining financial options i recommend Aspen dental

I had a long overdue teeth cleaning and needed to wisdom teeth taken out. Anna Stockman the manager did an excellent explanation of detailed care and financing, which gave me the confidence to make my decision on having them do the work. Anna was friendly and thorough on what my insurance would cover and what my financial responsibility would be. She also explained my financing options through Care Credit. I was very well informed and better able to make a solid decision, which, after getting a second opinion, I found Aspen Dental to be my preferred choice.

Excellent Dentist & Team! I had tooth pain and as a new patient, they got me in on a Saturday & took fantastic care of me! From Dr Feng to Anna in the front & techs they were all very kind, & friendly. I highly recommend this dentist and location! Thank you so much!

UPDATE: They also treated another tooth for me (root canal and crown). Did poor job, crown never fit properly, fell off and needed to be repositioned, caused bone damage, root canal was drilled through the tooth into the bone (found out a a different dental office). I ended up having that tooth extracted, $3K down the drain, tried to get a refund, emailed corporate, some lady called me back, said she will follow up after manager comes back, but that neve happened. I had an emergency. I was crawling on my walls from pain and every other dentistry was closed. They took me as an urgent case. Dr. Paul was amazing and Rose at the reception was so kind and understanding. Also the nice young lady that took my x-ray (I'm so sorry I did not catch the name) was so general and attentive. Thank you for being there for patients in need like me. I'll definitely be back. By the way their prices are very affordable even if you don't have insurance like me.

When my family first visited this place the first time, we expected at least they could have done cleaning and X-rays at the same time as we waited so long in the waiting room. Next thing we know, they wanted us to go back and do the cleaning. This was resolved after we talked to them and asked for it. I think that's how they operate which won't work for a lot of working parents. Also last time we went there with our kids, the appointment took so long because they have only one hygienist. They should hire additional staff to speed up the process. Not a 5 star rating so far.

I am very pleased with the Practice. The staff is very friendly, helpful and takes the time to explain things in detail. I appreciate they provide you the costs of treatment on the front end and offer alternatives of treatment as well as payment options.

They make you pay before hair which is normal but then sent me a bill for more after. The hygienist was very nice and always does a good job. Also they charge me for another dental exam because they got a new doctor even though I had just had a dental exam a few months back which I feel like should be no charge since I didn't ask for the new doctor.

I took my dad there for an exam and an estimate. We didn't have a good experience. I feel that they are all about the profit rather than helping the patient. The doctors were nice. But after the exam we were taken to a room where we were given the numbers and Anna asked me multiple times how we were going to pay. She was trying to get us to commit to financing and service. We asked that they e-mail us the x-rays and Anna was reluctant to do so. She offered us photographic copies of he x-rays which she gave us and told us they are better quality than the e-mail images. My dad felt that this is not true and asked for the images to be e-mailed for a second time. Anna then had him fill out a release form and told us that they will e-mail them as soon as they have a chance to do so. She continued to seem reluctant to do so though. We didn't receive anything. I called the office and I was told that there was no release on file. I told them that my dad filled out the release in front of me and Anna. I was told Anna will call me back later that day. No call and no x-rays were e-mailed to us. They can't possibly think that we will even consider getting service there after they tried to push it on us and then tried to not give us the x-rays images. As far as price they gave us, it was in the middle of others we have received so they appear not to be the most expensive but they are far from being competitive with the lower quotes we have received.

Aspen (Angels)..Robin, Dr.Kim, Jenny and Anna are awesome. These women by far, I mean hands down are the best, they facility in and out from the floors to the doors, from the bath to the staff clean..The rooms and equipment clean, they attitudes are so warming they smile when they greet not just me everyone that entered the building, I mean where they do that at, aww I no (Aspen Dental) located in Palatine Illinois on Dundee Rd..If you need any kind of dental work don't hesitate go see the Angels and you will see for yourself why they are truly Angels.

Very satisfied with the service, competence & kindness of the staff. I was treated like family here. It was a random pick for me and what a blessing & Joy it was to be here. Work done perfectly with Zero pain. Prices are below average but surprisingly the procedures are Impeccable. I was given & informed about some dental procedures that other dentists in the recent past have not even mentioned ! Walking into this clinic made me feel that i am in good caring hands. My Sincerest appreciation to Dr. FENG For his competent work. This is 1 of the very few dental clinics where i felt i could see a dentist every week with No fear.

Great experience at Aspen Dental. From the front desk to the X-rays to the Dentist and cleaning it was top notch! Know that I am very wary of a dentists and don't usually "like" my visits but it was very pleasant here. Dr Feng (clearly he was destined to be a dentist) was very kind, knew his stuff and was thoughtful in what he did and how he did it. I would encourage everyone to check them out. Also - considering COVID they were great, I felt very safe and the location was clean with high ceilings and good safety measures.

The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Dr Feng explains all the procedures and is very gentle. The office is extremely clean and up to date! I highly recommend this office!
