From the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel at ease. All my questions were answered with knowledge and professionalism. They worked with me to find the price to meet my budget. They discussed all of my procedures until I was comfortable. We were so happy with how we were treated that my husband set up a appointment for his teeth also. I am looking forward to my new smile. A big thank you to the staff of Aspen Dental. You're the best

Aspen dental staff is very kind and actually listen to your concerns instead of just treating you like a number. Once you and the doctor come up with a plan of action you will see the office manager who will go above and beyond to make sure you are not having to stress about the financial aspect of the visit I will definitely be recommending ASPEN DENTAL to all of my friends.

My wife went to this location on 10/25/22. She showed up 15 minutes early to do paperwork as a first time patient and one of the front office ladies struggled getting the insurance taken care of. The hygienist measured her gums and then took a personal call while sitting next to her. An hour later after getting x-rays (who still uses those chunky plastic mouth things?) and inspected, they told her that the dentist would be in soon; she was "squeezing a few patients in" and a little behind schedule. Why are you squeezing patients in if you already have patients waiting on you? After being there for 2 hours, the dentist finally saw my wife and told that she's got 3 cavities, then left. The staff told my wife that she wouldn't be getting a cleaning today because they "don't have time for that today". She asked if this was normal, and they said that they often times schedule the x-ray and cleaning separately. I've had dentists in Colorado, Florida, California, Texas, and I've never heard of 2 hours for x-ray and a quick inspection or scheduling them separately. Once she was out of the chair, they started trying to upsell her on services, telling her how much it will cost after insurance, what a great deal it was, how much money she was saving...this money-centric approach sounds more like a mechanic shop or used car dealership than a dental office. My wife recently moved here and chose Aspen because my regular dentist didn't have an appointment until January, she has opted to wait until January rather than go back to Aspen.

First visit. Great. They made a procedure plan and helped me get financed. Next month I have procedures for snap in denture. The office manager is great and the doctor and the assistants are kind and encouraging.

I have been trying to get into Aspen Dental for several months and they keep rescheduling me , just so ya know I hope it doesn't happen to the next person .

Aspen Dental is a amazing place! All the staff is very friendly - very tending to everyone's needs, and they have a awesome office manager! Overall amazing experience for me and my husband both!! :)

The staff at Aspen Dental is the best! So helpful, friendly and professional. I enjoy every visit I have with them. I got cold and I was given a blanket so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. They are working very hard to make my smile perfect.

Dr. Becker and the rest of the staff at Aspen Dental in Paducah were absolutely amazing, so thoughtful and so accommodating. I came in super anxious and upset about my smile and I came out feeling confident and smiling ear to ear. Thank you SO much, Dr. Becker! You have brought value to my visit and I will never forget it!

Had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. They explained everything in detail and gave me reasoning behind each decision as well as explaining all cost features and helping me come to a solution that is manageable for myself and my family. Everyone who I spoke to was wonderful from Madi at the front desk to Sarah explaining finances to Dr. Becker herself and Everyone in between!

Worst place ever. They cancel your emergency appointment 1hr 30 minutes before the appointment there walk in policy is non existent. They have you drive over an hour to get there then say you can't be seen. I would avoid Going to aspen dental

I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental. The staff was very friendly, and my exam was very complete. Questions were answered in a way that I understood . I would recommend Aspen to anyone who needed Dental treatment.
