If there was a zero star, I would have chosen that. Be ready to spend your entire day waiting for service here. I wonder why there was a need to even schedule ... might as well be a walk in. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Came in at my appointed time was seen 2hrs later. The dentist Dr.William had so much bad attitude and dismissive. Not a good experience at all.

This is the worse Dental service ever and should not be in operation. My neighbor and I along with several others are planning to file suite against this office due to failure to complete services as required. Ive sent several emailed messages and they have not phoned back. Ive had a crown break off three different times and to date they have not repaired or replaced it since late March of this year.

Can't even get in to see a dentist. We've had appointments that have been canceled 3-4 times in a row. Only get an email, not even a call about cancellation. Then the system gives you a date to pick to reschedule, but according to the rep who answers the phone "you were double booked and bumped" THREE TIMES USING YOUR SYSTEM???? Ya'll it's been months.

Very friendly front desk, despite how chaotic it got I was able to get in at my schedule: time. Nurse that did my Xrays was very attentive I felt like she knew I was a bit anxious and made sure to accommodate me. Ms Nikkia explained everything after my appointment very throughly and broke down everything I needed to get my teeth back in order. Explained what my i insurance would cover and scheduled me far better than any office i've been to Very glad I chose here to get my procedures done haven't felt this comfortable at a medical office in years!

Pleasant staff with great bedside manners. They were more than happy to answer all my questions to help ensure I was knowledgeable about what was going on in my mouth. I love it here. The staff doing procedures and X-rays we're very encouraging and helped calm and limit any nervousness or discomfort.

This location has gone downhill since they opened. I strongly recommend you take the day off of work if you plan to make an appointment here. Even with an appointment you'll wait about an hour, before being seated in the chair for another 30 plus minutes.

I WISH I WOULDVE CHOSE ANOTHER PLACE OTHER THAT ASPEN DENTAL ...IM STILL USING THE TEMPS BCAUSE TGE PERMANENT ONES DOESNT FIT I WENT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY STILL DIDNT DO THEM RIGHT IM SOOOO MAD I WASTE MY MONEY ..I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM.... I WORK HARD AND ITSLIKE I WASTED MONEY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

They make too many BIG errors!!! This office is not competent or have the knowledge to treat patients accordingly. This is the 3rd and last time.

I don't understand why the office switch and make appointments without contacting the patient. This office made me an appointment and didn't bother to call, but I only knew because of a notification sent to my email. This office rescheduled my appointment and I only knew because of a text message I've received at 5:55pm after hours office. I think it's very unprofessional. I take my time off work and plan accordingly. You don't and can't just make and change appointments without contacting the patient first. I'm honestly considering going to find another dentist altogether haven't had any good luck with Aspen Dental, even at another location.

Absolutely no! I'm having such a bad experience. I have received three different pricing, and you do not see the same dentist. I was never call as to what I needed, explained and I had to call them to figure it out. They quoted me price over the phone and to find out that was incorrect. Please stay away from the Aspen Dental Owings Mills. They have no clue as to what you need, treatment and pricing. ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!!

I would recommend this place! I was very much nervous because I haven't had work done like I should. Everyone there made me feel comfortable as possible. No judges! They made sure I received the best care for my new healthy teeth journey.

I made an appointment to have some dental work done at the Reisterstown Rd location on 5/21/22. Dr. Williams and his assistant Taziyah were amazing.... And the bedside manner I received was outstanding. I would recommend this office

Very wonderful clinic! It's a very clean, very aesthetically pleasing office. Wait times were minimal. I love that you can even create a patient portal account, The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is very friendly, very welcoming, and understanding. My treatment and financial responsibilities were explained in great detail. And all my questions and concerns were addressed. The oral nurse and surgeon were very skilled and performed by extractions very smoothly. Thank you for your hard work Aspen Dental team! :)

The office staff here is unsatisfactory. Poor phone etiquette. Do not return your calls. I left several messages about a bill that I was unaware of. I paid all my payments prior to service. After finally getting in touch with someone, I like I was bothering them. Dr Kim performed my surgery. Excellent!!! Outside of him this place sucks!

My experience with this dental office was wonderful. Dentist was very good . If you need dental work done, whether it be cleaning or any other service; I recommend Aspen Dental.
