They found several teeth that needed attention, but only agreed to fix one until I pay for a special cleansing that is unnecessary. They want me to buy a toothbrush from them for almost $200 and the cleaning is over $400. Insurance company says it's a rip off and they won't cover it, but Aspen won't even see me unless I agree to pay them this extra money for service I do not want/need. On to a new dentist. Absolute scam. However, the dentist I saw was actually great, pretty sure the front office/finance people are there only to scam people.

Aspen dental helped me right away, I came from a different town, and all the people that work there were nice and very professional, I will always go back there from here on out. Thank you aspen dental in Owensboro, great team!!!!

Our visit to Aspen Dental was great. We had the same hygienist as last time. She does a wonderful job.

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in my life.I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and I told her several time's I wasn't numb and she just kept pulling. I was crying uncontrollably and again kept pulling. She kept saying we can't numb the pressure which was not the case. I left there and now have to pay an oral surgeon to remove my broken tooth. DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!

I love going to Bowling Green Aspen Dental. All the personnel seem to be happy with each other and work well together. Also Dr Newburn is the best dentist ever.

Love the dentist! Everyone is super friendly. Unfortunately, it was a 2 hour long visit. Well worth it...but I hope it's not a common theme

FYI I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND DENTURES FROM ASPEN DENTAL TO ANYONE, THEY JACK YOU AROUND UNTIL ENOUGH TIME HAS LAPSED SO YOU CAN'T GET THE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

The service was great...once they FINALLY got to me. I had an 8 A.M. appt and it was 8:45 before they called me back. Since I had another app't downtown at 10:00 I was nervous the whole time . It seems the second appointment of the day should not be running 45 minutes behind!

I was amazed how quickly they saw me, same day, a new patient and took care of my needed dental work. Everyone was very nice and professional and got it done quickly with as little pain as possible.
