I went to Aspen Dental back in June, and I was told that I had scar tissue from a previous root canal. I then went to another dental office, that actually took the time to go over everything, and it was NOT SCAR TISSUE. It was an infection that led to me having to have the tooth pulled. Wow, can you imagine what would've happened if I would've listened to this this "Dentist" and did not get a 2nd opinion. I WILL NOT BE BACK NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE.

I have good dental insurance but yet I still get charged a huge amount out of pocket every single time I go. The dentist even works with me and takes off a percentage but yet after paying in office and then get a bill in the mail saying I owe more.

If I could give -0 then I would, months later and I am still suffering with the procedure I had with this place. I feel like they rush me since they're about to close and coming from a person with a dental phobia I was ask if I wanted the other procedure done the next day and of course I said no so I feel like they rushed me. Fillings not even 2 are too much so I had them scrape it then my other two was too deep I keep digging the food out every time I eat. I woulda made this review a long time ago but I just don't feel like it, but now it's getting uncomfortable so here I am. Piece of advice to any future patient!! Please don't settle and look for a better one. If you like being rushed then this is for you but if you want everything to be perfect looks elsewhere because any aspen dental are the same!

So happy to have a great Dentistry team to visit in Owasso and not have to drive into Tulsa for. Me and my husband had our initial consultation scheduled on the same day. They got us in quickly and we both met with Dr. Bruce who was excellent in communicating our options, in a way that was easy to understand. We had a very friendly staff that was helpful in making us feel welcome and comfortable throught out our visit. The best surprise was how quickly they were able to schedule us back to begin the work we need done. Thank you Dr. Bruce, Molly, Kailee and Nichole.

I know there is some skepticism about these "corporate" dentists, but my experience here has been fantastic. Dr. Sonali is kind and easy to talk to, Miranda (hygienist?) has been a fun and professional person to help get my teeth clean and healthy again and Molly (dental assistant?) is a very kind and pleasant person to be around. Overall the treatment here has been a joy and I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

I was nervous about visiting the dentist because I was way overdue for a visit. This team was amazing! If you've had a bad experience in the past, I encourage you to have another visit. The doctor and his staff were all kind, patient with me, and knowledgeable. I have an extensive dental plan and I'm looking forward to my future work in this office. Hats off to the office manager who was quick to find someone who could answer all of my questions honestly instead of being a know it all and giving false information like I've been given in the past. She handled it with confidence and grace. Thanks again Owasso team for restoring my faith in dentistry! Looking forward to seeing you all again.

No thank you, and not again. Best part of the appointment was the girl that took my X-rays. The rest of the appt was not enjoyable and information that should've been disclosed before my appt was not.

Dental Assistant, Spencer, was the best. Explained what to expect from a chicken!# like me and made me feel safe and relaxed through two extractions.

My son went in for emergency jaw pain and the staff was rude and unfeeling. I will never go here even though this is the only dentist in all of Owasso that my insurance covers. I'd rather go to Tulsa and drive back with a mouth full of stitches! At least I won't pay and arm and a leg and be treated rudely and tortured on top of everything else! Have some common decency with people in pain!

Receptionist could have been better. Seemed preoccupied As far as dental work , so far , so good. Dentist and assistant very good. Prices were a surprise. Very affordable.

These are some of the best people you'll ever run across. Amazing work, quick and worthwhile. They seem as if they truly want to help, which is a big change from I'm accustomed to. I truly believe everyone should seek out this office, they'll work with you to make your visit worthwhile.

My husband had a procedure done at Aspen Dental. They said he also had root planning done. The root planning procedure was not completed. He payed for work that was not completed. This is frustrating because it is our word against there word. We spent a large portion of money at Aspen Dental and will never go back. Please consider another dental office.

Awesome experience today at this dentist office . The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Want a nice experience go here to the Owasso Aspen Dental Updated visits @ Aspen . I wanted to update my post from a few weeks ago. This will allow me to be as transparent as possible about the service at Aspen . Once again I can't say enough about the staff at this location specifically the Aspen Office Boss ( Brandy) . She handles her business for sure . I ran across a interesting problem with a family member at the office . Apologies but I had to fire the dentist and request another. I will not go into that ,let's say ; Learn to be happy with your dentist and the office you attend or request better . I did at this office and they accommodated the request , that's customer service. Thanks again Aspen . I will continue to tell all who will listen about my experience.
