I highly recommend Aspen Dental. The staff was real friendly and it is a pleasant environment. I am super pleased with my dentures and anytime I have an issue the staff are very helpful.

The staff here were very kind and professional. Usually my anxiety is near tears just knowing i need work done, but today it was reduced tremendously. Great team!!!

TERRIBLE. ZERO STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. ASPEN DENTAL OTTUMWA, IA WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. They rescheduled our sons' appointment didn't even contact us, drove 30 miles with gas at $4.50 per gallon had no reason why they canceled. Told us they were having phone issues. Funny, when I called I had zero problems getting through. Ask to speak with her supervisor and she hung up on me and of course she didn't give me her name. They don't appreciate their patients time or money. Lost money on a wasted trip and missed time from work because ASPEN didn't have common courtesy to call. Joke of a dental office.

I have not been to Aspen Dental for 5 years. Back then, I got upper and lower dentures. The lower denture never fit properly, which lead to me not wearing it at all. I wasn't very happy with the upper denture either, but settled for what I got because it was going to be a complete hassle to get new ones made. Today, I returned to Aspen Dental. I have to say, I was treated better this time around! The staff were very informative and cordial. Doctor listened to my issues and I mean really listened! I will be getting new dentures soon! (YAY!) Shawna was also very helpful in explaining our financials and making it much easier for us to afford!

The staff is very friendly and professional, at the Ottumwa office. The Dr explained everything in an easy way for my son to understand. No complaints at all.

They fixed my fillings after my old dentist messed them up. They also helped me with my bill when I didn't have dental insurance and they send reminder emails. Everyone is kind, the chairs are comfortable, and they try to make you comfortable while you wait.

This is the worst dental practice I have gone through from living in both Oregon and Iowa. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called to have my account closed out, including the credit card they had me approved for, BEFORE services were rendered because I was not comfortable moving forward with them. The front desk lady (while being rude and short with me) said she would have it taken care of and the credit card account would be closed out. A month later and I'm getting debt collector calls for the credit card that Aspen Dental never closed out. Now the credit card company is investigating fraud due to unrendered services. Being nearly 6 months pregnant is stressful and costly enough without a dental company costing me $700 for services I never received. Truly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 100% do NOT recommend this place.

Worse dentist office to ever go to. Do not go to this place!! Will not recommend or give any good reviews for them. Called and asked for an appointment to get a procedure done as per another dentist 2 hrs away. Told them I didn't want to travel and asked if they could do it. They said I could come in that day. Went in and they advised I did need the procedure done. Duhh I told them yeah I knew that let's do it, only to be told they didn't do that procedure at their office. Are you kidding me. I understand they would have to look at it, but I specifically told them I wanted the procedure done that day and that's why I wanted to come in. Then the knuckle heads billed me. Are you kidding me. Call to ask to have a procedure done knowing I was coming in to have it done yet never told me on the phone they couldn't do it there. What a money grab. This company is lowest of low. Stay clear of them. No negative stars available or they would have got that instead of 1 star.
