My trash mouth needed 4,000 dollars in work over months so they offered three services I applied and was accepted everything paid off just have to pay down the card the manager was awesome she was so friendly & communicative the staff was great knowledgeable would recommend to others 100%

The company/office claims to cover emergency appointments, but that is not accurate. I came in for a chipped tooth before leaving on a week long vacation, and they refused to help me. I tired to reason with the staff to see if they would at least file down the tooth so that it was not sharp and less dangerous and the doctor refused. I felt very rejected and unvalued as a customer. As I negotiated to try and have something done quickly the doctor said "I don't have time. I have other patients." Fine, then the company should not claim to service emergencies. FYI, I even made an appointment a day before arriving...it's not like I just walked in. I'm sure I'll be billed for this nonsense too. Zero stars if possible.

Loved the environment. Alexis had a great attitude and was so understanding while taking my xrays. Office manager Vivien was also very kind and helped me take care of all my payment plans and set up future appointments making things very easy for me! Lastly, Dentist Amjad Ali was also very kind and answered all my questions. They took care of all my needs and more. Very happy they will be taking care of all my dental work moving forward!

Alexis was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. She made the experience so much less anxiety inducing than most dental appointments. The entire staff was extremely friendly but Alexis went above and beyond. Thank you all for your time and thank you Aspen Dental for helping my anxiety decrease about my dental care.

I have a lot of sensitivity and have been to many dentists office but nowhere has the whole experience been as quick and pleasant than in the oswego aspen dental. For Dr. A who gave me valuable information in a charismatic manner. Dashant who made me feel safe while he gently cleand my teeth. And the charming team of assistants Alex, Alexis and Danielle whom either greeted me, took my x-rays or walked me to and from. Excellent service and a wonderful experience. I will be returning here in the future.

Aspen Dental Clinic is a very clean Dentist Office and has good updated technology for your service. Their office staff was very helpful and polite.

My dental hygienist is the best. He does such a good job cleaning my teeth. They feel great. He also educated me on how to manage the gum disease I was combatting. So far so good. My gums are improving! Very happy with Aspen Dental.

Today, I went in for my 3rd cleaning at this office. The staff here are fantastic. Ramcelix(JD) did an awesome job making me feel welcome and helping with the process.

Jessica the receptionist was very nice and helpful as I was having trouble filling out my info on the computer she was patience with a smile. Alexis the tech assistant was very nice and took complaints to heart and corrected them. A great overall experience

This dental office will go out of their way to help in the best possible way. Their hygienist Dishant is the most gentle Hygienist I have ever been to and I will stay with him for the rest of my cleanings in the future. Dr. Ali is also very kind and empathetic. All the dental assistants are extremely nice, helful and make the process feel easy and anxiety free. Really recommend this place.

i had a very pleasant visit at aspen dental at the Oswego location. I had a cleaning and four fillings done and Dr.Ali and his assistant Alex and dheshan made the process completely painless. i was extremely happy with the results and aesthetic difference that i saw in my teeth after my visit. Overall i would recommend this place if your are looking for a friendly but professional location to get work done, will most definitely be returning for any future work i may need.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I have a condition that makes dental work very difficult. They treated me with the upmost comfort and care. They were very respectful and accommodating. They are very easy to get into, even in an emergency. Definitely would recommend!

The staff is very customer oriented. JD was very professional and pleasant to deal with and made it a comfortable experience. The hygienist and the doctor were very good and shared information freely. The office manager worked with me to facilitate payment and my next appointment, making things work out the way I wanted it as much as possible. I'm a new patient, and was very impressed and pleased with my initial visit. Additionally, The facility and technology seem top notch.
