You always have to wait you're never taken on time not upsets me because my schedule is very tight. But as far as the quality of the work I am very happy

They were very thorough I was there from 8am to 12pm. Had full ex rays, teeth cleaned and a chipped tooth fixed.

Gave 1 star only because the option for no stars was not an option, spent 2 hours in the office, for a severe toothache, treated me to a long list of expenses, like I was buying a used car, paid $261 in advance for extraction,, only to find out i have to wait 3 weeks to have it pulled. Told that they'd call me when someone canceled, which always happens she said, Friday night, pain so severe, called emergency number 3x, 4 and a half hours later, no call back for emergency dental. Im calling them Monday to get a refund, and going elsewhere, I wouldn't take my dog to them. What a joke Aspen is.

Very professional. Told me what I needed to know and how much everything was going to cost up front. Initial visit with no insurance with no charge. Looking forward to them fixing my mouth and my smile :-)

I've spent hours on hold just simply trying to get an extraction. Each time I call it's an average of 15 to 30 mins of holding. Furthermore, they intend to make me wait a month for an extraction. On top of that, they quoted $288 out of pocket which is now $411 and it must be paid in full to even get on the schedule. The phone tag is annoying. The cost is ridiculous. I would have an easier time if I performed my own oral surgery. I don't recommend Aspen dental.

Nice clean professional office. Friendly staff. I went there to get a cleaning which my insurance would pay for. They insisted on up selling me to deep clean that I did not need. I told them I only wanted the basic cleaning that my insurance would pay for and they told me they could not do that I would have to pay the $195 for the deep clean. I have booked an appointment elsewhere.

Staff we're nice but we were in their clinic for almost two hours to have my have daughter's tooth pulled last friday. We left their office around 1pm and they said they're gonna call our pharmacy for the antibiotic. We decided to go to the pharmacy at 6pm then they said no call from the clinic for my daughter's prescription yet. So saturday morning my husband spent his morning calling the office about the prescription and no one was picking up, so we decided to call their emergency line. The lady at the emergency line was so nice, she had to call us at least 4 times to ask us if the clinic already called us. It was already in the afternoon when we got a call from them that they already called the pharmacy. We went there only to find out that the amount of the antibiotic that they gave was not enough for 5 days and the pharmacist won't give it to us because the clinic has no reply yet, which is so annoying because that means we have to wait for them to call the pharmacy on Monday So the only person who did her job right was the lady at the emergency line, I mean how could those people from the clinic forgot to call for a prescription and still messed it up for not giving the right amount for 5 days of antibiotic??!!!

I am trying desperately to be hopeful. Not very pleased there's multiple wax mold try-ins because the 1st set was a disaster... I am truly hoping after reading the reviews about ill fitting dentures that that at no point in time it becomes "my fault" because it most certainly is not my fault I have a deformed upper line.

The people here are very pleasant for the most part. However, the skill to make replacement dentures to fit properly is a challenge for them. I have implants to hold the lowers in place securely and the first set they made wouldn't snap in place. The second remake wouldn't close to complete a bite, they were touching in the rear far away from closing in front. The third set came together sideways and the bite wouldn't even line up to close enough to bite a sandwich. The new dentist agreed that they couldn't make satisfactory dentures for me and acted as if it was my fault. (She is new, probably not very experienced,) After 35 visits, we mutually agreed to refund my payment that was completed many months ago (almost a year). Recommend that you find a dentist that has experience and reputation for satisfactory denture fit.

I had to have a couple teeth extracted. I have anxiety, but the staff made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had.
