I went to Aspen dental thinking they were top of the line when in fact they are liars and manipulators. It's sad really. I can't even eat a regular meal bc they will not honor their seven year warranty. Don't trust them. I'm miserable. I don't want to pay another penny to these thieves.

I would not recommend anyone to this office very dishonest accounting practice. I ordered the best product and they gave me the cheapest product and fixed their acounting for my services deviously when billing me. My quote for services and billing do not mstch. They act friendly but are very deviois. I am very disappointed with my services.

I was very impressed by the time and care they took with me, they explained everything in detail from what is going on with my teeth to what is needed to be done to correct the problem. I cannot remember all the ladies names that took care of me but they were all very attentive from beginning to end. I am happy that I chose them for my dental care.

AVOID at ALL costs! I started here a few years ago to do Invisalign. Keep in mind that I've already had braces, and my teeth were not that bad. Dr. Kelly shaved my teeth down to leave massive gaps right in the front, and she couldn't understand why they weren't closing. Dr. Kelly supposedly "walked out" during my treatment and marked my treatment as complete while I was still waiting for new trays to come in. My 4-6 month case turned into 2+ years. I went through 4+ doctors. It was a new one pretty much every appointment and I was never told why. They lost my trays twice. Meaning that I waited a total of 6 months for new trays to come in while I was using old trays that were made to last at most, three weeks. They "ensured" me that trays were on their way, but only did I find out that they didn't even submit them. I had to come in and get scanned again. Then... it happened again. A year later. They tried to ensure me that they were on their way, but again, they did not submit them. I talked to the district manager, Lauren, and although she apologized for the inconvenience, it didn't matter at that point. I found out that it happens to their patients a lot. They can't keep track of them due to disorganization. Their male front office guy would leave me passive aggressive voice mails after I had to speak to corporate to get an idea on what is going on. Finally, the corporate office told me that they can't keep a staff here! Doctors and office people are always leaving. The district manager told me that she was going to get a great doctor to finish my case. When I met with that doctor (she never even introduced herself) she told me that she wasn't an orthodontist. How can they legally be allowed to provide care if they have no idea how it works? I know how Invisalign works. It gets sent out to a certified "orthodontist", however- what is the point of visiting a dentist office if they have no idea what to even look at? Not once did she even look at my teeth. She gave me attitude and left the room. I was so unbelievably frustrated and after that, I called corporate and they finally allowed me to transfer to another aspen dental. It took them a month to get my transfer sheet signed by one person. The new aspen dental got me right in, and my trays came in three days. Three days!! The dentist was phenomenal and she answered so many questions that I had that the others couldn't answer. There's so much more to this that's too long to include, but I highly suggest to not come here. I was also told that I had two cavities (news flash, I didn't).

I m very timed of the dentist and know if I don't get my required check ups and treatment I wouldn't have this beautiful smile and healthy teeth. Rachel made me comfortable and was very patient. I thank her for preparing me for the dentist who was also caring and gentle. Lucky me

I had a bad experience with this place I called them and ask them for a copy of my ex rays and they told me that I had to and sign a form before I get them and then the new responist told me that it would take at least two to three days before it comes to my email she told me to check my spam or trash. and then I tried to call and I spoke to crystal and she told me it would take five to seven business days to get get and she saw were I came and did the form.I will never ever ask them for anything again they are giving me the run around and also I should have right get my ex rays with know problem at all and that is not right at all. bad reviews

Cracked a molar in half, called this office. The person who answered the phone after five minutes on hold, asked me every question but my shoe size. When I told her I was in agony, she said. "lets see when I can get you in to discuss your journey and treatment plan." I hung up. My dog gets treated better at the Vet.
