The office is very nice and staff are friendly which is why I gave 2 stars but the rest is gone because of the office manager and the money they kept. I paid upfront to get both fillings for a cavity done when they only performed one. After the dentist who filled my tooth made it feel worst after the procedure, I decided not to come back. I asked for a refund and she said she was processing it for a month straight. After a month, I called to check on it then she reorganizes my bill so that there would be nothing to refund me. Terrible office manager who never explained why she changed my bills to not refund me. It is reasonable I do not want to go back for a second filling when till this day (months later) the side the dentist filled hurts worst than the side she did not touch. Do not come to this place if you care about your finances. This office has made me terrified of dentist because of my tooth hurting worst than before. There are multiple reviews about how the office manager steals money from clients. Listen to those reviews! This should be looked at by higher management instead of someone asking for unsatisfied customers to call them to give a report when the report is in the review...

I do not recommend this dentist. When I first start going here, I thought this was the best dentist but things changed quickly. They book way too many people on certain days then call before your appointment to ask you to come in on a different day like people don't have jobs. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before they called me back, I was only getting my permanent crown put in. I don't think they actually know what they are doing here. I wait for over a month for my crown because they messed up and couldn't even bother to apologize. Now I have the crown, it's not right. I've gotten crowns in the past and I didn't go through all of this. After the fix this, I will be transferring to a different Aspen dental

My visit to the Aspen Dental in Orland Park, Illinois was a great experience from beginning to end. These individuals were very, very positive and went out of their way to assist. I can't say enough of this group of people. Great job

Terrible! Their ads pride themselves on taking care of emergency dental work, but schedule you for an emergency appointment in 5 days and won't give you a prescription until they see you even though you are a current patient and were there within the last 3 months. This is run too much like a profitable business and not a dentist that cares about your health.

Predatory dental practice , providing poor services, and over billing. Billed in advance for services NOT PROVIDED. NO OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSION DOES THIS. Exaggerated diagnosis, doing unnecessary dental work, everyone is diagnosed with periodontal disease and will be billed $300-400.00 for a simple cleaning and that's with insurance coverage deducted. my plan pays for free cleaning, 2 annually, but Aspen Dental charges $300-400.00, per visit. Unfortunately I didn't do my homework, I would have found all the class action lawsuits for Predatory billing and services as recent as 2021-2022.

I went to this facility and was happy in the beginning with the care I was receiving. And I referred my wife to the facility and at that time she was told she was an appointment and charged for it which she did not miss the appointment she was actually early for the appointment. I've discussed this many times with the staff at the facility but to no avail. I would not recommend this facility due to the fact that I found out when I went to another dentist the day prior didn't work and was not necessary. Please look through other Dennis because this facility is a scam . I have reported them to the board of Illinois for fraudulent charges and I would recommend anyone else to do the same

BEWARE my immigrant husband inquired if they took our insurance where the clerk responded yes. They were out of network, charged all these ridiculous fees for tests that were not explained or covered at all by insurance. Sold my husband a $900 ginger vitus plan which consisted of an electric toothbrush and a bottle of mouthwash one can buy for less than $100. Charged him vitality tooth test at $95 per tooth!!! Then $38 per tooth cream/drug Misc and all these other Misc test and drug fees per tooth. They charged a $300 delivery fee as well!!! They are Price Gaugers who take advantage of those who don't speak English well, did NOT explain that they were doing all these test, costs/fees that were NOT covered by insurance. At one point my husband was given a bill for over $15k being told he needed braces. PLEASE BEWARE. I realize dental services are costly but when you pay for PPO dental insurance and NONE of the services they perform are covered and the office doesn't explain what they are doing or charging because they see you don't speak English where they can sell/take advantage of you to make a bulk better to go elsewhere.

My appointment was at 8:00 and I didn't get called into the back u til 9:10 a whole hour pass. I was the first to walk In that morning on time only to be sitting g there an hour pass my time.my husband appointment was same time frame he got called back but no me. One lady was 20 minutes late and they took here before me. After I get my invisible li ex I will not be back. Customer service that day was not point. My time is valuable as well.and the fact they too give people before me is crazy

Let me start off by explaining my situation. I had chipped a tooth and my regular dentist was on vacation. I wanted to get this chipped tooth fixed quickly as I was worried about it getting worse. I made an appointment online with Aspen for the same day and someone called to ask questions. I was told I would get an exam and when I asked about fixing my chipped tooth the same day, I was told that they might be able to fix it. I don't get the point of me filling out a reason for visit online saying that I had a chipped/broken tooth and that issue not really being addressed for my visit. I went in and received X-Rays and an exam hoping that my chipped tooth could be fixed that day. The dentist told me that they could not fix my tooth that day. I was have to have multiple visits with them if I was to get it fixed. When I met with the office manager for a plan, they had added Invisalign braces to the quote. I had the dentist and hygienist ask if I ever had braces, but no one ever mentioned having me get them. There was no reason to quote them especially when I told them multiple times my regular dentist is on vacation and I will be going back to my regular dentist. I just wanted to get my chipped tooth fixed quickly. As soon as I left the office, I made a quick call to my old dentist who is over an hour away. They got me in the next day and fixed my chipped tooth within 2 hours of arriving at that office while Aspen told me that they could not quickly fix my chipped tooth. Aspen could not even get me in to start their plans until 2 days from my visit. If you ever go here for an emergency situation like I did, make sure you sign the HIPAA form to release your x-rays or get a copy as I was told it could take a few days after you filled out the HIPAA form. TLDR: Aspen made me do an exam and wanted to set up an expensive long term plan with invisalign braces when I came for an emergency situation while my dentist was out of the country on vacation. My old dentist fixed my chipped tooth the next day while Aspen said it was not possible to quickly fix my chipped tooth.

I had my first appointment today at Aspen Dental Clinic located in Orland Park, Il. I have always had some anxiety related to dentistry ( when performed on me :)). I had a great experience today! On arrival the clinic front desk personnel was warm and welcoming. I was educated about the process of my visit with each new staff member encountered. This was impressive as I always knew the next step. Staff, including the Dentist, seem to respect my time spent in the clinic. Each time a member of the staff had to leave the room for any reason they consistently would tell me that they would "be right back" and they were. After a methodical collaboration of my plan of care I felt only services I needed were recommended. Again, Aspen Dental was friendly, open, engaging with state of the art equipment. Dr. Shah, Amber, Sundoz, Lakisha, And Kayla were amazing and extremely friendly. I would recommend going here not only because of the friendliness of the staff, but because they treat you like family the moment you walk in to your appointment. Even though you couldn't see their smiles behind the masks, you could feel the presence of it without sight. Each member of their staff was completely honest and understanding to my health care outside of dentistry, they care for you and your health, and continue to leave a smile on your face feeling better the moment you exit.
