Bring a new patient I had some paperwork to do first. The staff was very patient and caring. When called back for consultation they were very knowledgeable and quick to explain problems I am having. I look forward to going back next week to have my lower denture relined.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Opelika Alabama. Very experienced and professional. Found my dental problems and explained how to fix them. Definitely advise anyone with dental issues to go see them.

They are very friendly and nice will work with you on scheduling and appointments as well as payments. Happy I gave them a shot they also have great customer service!! And are willing to go outta there way to help!! Great team at this Aspen Dental!!!

Our appointment was at 3:30. We showed up at 3:15. We waited a whole hour and 48 minutes before they took us in. Exactly 108 minutes of waiting AFTER HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. Just to give you an idea, it takes one hour and 35 minutes to get to Atlanta from Auburn. Giving someone an appointment time means that they're appointing that time slot for us. This was not the first time this happened either. This is inexcusable and reprehensible. Disgusting show of lack of respect for their patients. We will not ever be going back to this practice. They should be ashamed of themselves. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for taking so long. They do NOT respect their clients. I have already given them money for my Invisalign. I have no choice except to go back. YOU DO. DON'T DO IT!!

1st visit with Auburn Asen was great experience. Staff was very caring .Dr. was awwwsome put me out of my worries quickly. Would tell anyone looking for dental work to give them a try.

Impeccable service! I was helped by a warm and welcoming staff. Despite the fact that they were SUPER busy, I was constantly checked on and made to feel like I was a priority, and the professionals were very informative and knowledgeable regarding my issues! I appreciate how Kimi broke down everything as well regarding my insurance coverage. So glad they are my family's dental!

I just listened to the front desk clerk at the Opelika location disclose a patient's name, SSN, DOB, ans other relatives privaye information on the phone. The lobby is full of customers. Why is this being allowed? The office manager is walking back and forth as the clerk is loudly reading off this person's public information.

We got there 25 minutes before the appointment so we could do paper work. We weren't called back for almost 1 1/2 hours. Then after the doctor examined us, the next staff that came in was confused on what was to be done. We were there for partial plate repair. She tried to set my husband up for a complete teeth removal. Then they sent us out with doing an impression. They chased us down in the parking lot. All total we were there for about 3 hours and 20 minutes.

I made an appointment for my daughter and was told they accepted my insurance. I got there and after waiting very patiently, I was told they did not and it would be $323! I informed them again that they said they did and the girl at the front desk, whom I assume was new, said let her double check. As I was leaving she called me and said they do accept my insurance but would have to find out what my out of pocket expenses would be and she could see my daughter in the morning. I informed her that would not be acceptable. I chose this office primarily because they had late hours! Very disappointed and would not recommend!!!!!!
