I can't say enough good things about Aspen Dental in Ooltewah TN. I had an infection in my tooth and it has been killing me for a couple days. My usual dentist, as well as many others, couldn't see me until late December. Aspen Dental got me in the next day!!!! The staff was great, from the front to the back!! I was super nervous about going to the dentist, and they did everything they could to help calm my anxiety!! I will be switching to Aspen Dental from now on. So THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you to the great staff at the ooltewah office who treated me great and to Dr. Scott for getting me in last minute to accommodate teeth pain I was having. Thank you so much ladies! I highly recommend!

I have been waiting to share a review. Dr. Scott did my late mother in law's dentures. She was a special case all her own. That was 2020. I had my surgery at the end of August 2022 and I smile all the tyme. My recovery went well because Dr. Scott knows what she is doing. Just wanna say thanks a million to the whole staff because they all are professional and caring. And I'll see them again in November. I would recommend this office!! And cheaper than the Dalton office.

With short notice I Came in with a broken tooth the staff was friendly and sympathetic.Dr listened to me she was Amazing I'm home healing now.thank you all vary very much for helping me.HEATH ROWE

The worst dental practice I have ever been to they made my bridge wrong they grind my teeth off wrong the crowns they made look like I had mule teeth

I had a great experience with Aspen Dental, The front Desk Assistant (Francesca) was Awesome very welcoming and Kind. The Staff (Jayna) and Doctor Scott worked on me and was very Knowledgeable and precise as well as Kind. The OM (Taylor) scheduled me and was very Kind.

I have such anxiety when it comes to dentist. Everyone in this office did a great job of trying to put me at ease. I will definitely be returning for this service. I love an hour away and will drive it with no regrets.

This is a wonderful dentist office. I went to another facility and chose this office for a second opinion. I really felt comfortable with Dr. Scott. So I decided to let her do my dental work. I will tell you her assistant shayne is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help the patient. I really am so disappointed she is transferring to another aspen dental office. I know this will be more convenient for her but I will truly miss seeing her there. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Went in to have a tooth fixed and was told that I needed a deep Gum cleaning and would have to have that done before they fixed my tooth. $900+ for that. I said no and they dropped the $900+ fee down to $300 I said skip the cleaning and fix my tooth. They refused to do that until I had the Gum cleaning. So I left and went to another office and was told that my Gums were fine and didn't need that procedure at all. Glad I found Wolftever Dental

I can't even begin to express how amazing this experience was! I have major ptsd when it came to the dentist but today I had three teeth extracted and Shayna held my hand the entire time. The dr gave me shots and I barely felt them!!! I'm definitely not as afraid of the dentist after this experience!!! And Taylor has gone above and beyond! Shayna and Taylor and Dr B make a wonderful team and I'll never go anywhere else again.

Don't even try if you need anything other than a tooth pulled or dentures. They say they do crowns, and multiple other things but once you get in, sit there 2+hrs, pay for your exam THEN they say oh we can't help you. They were supposed to call in antibiotics at 3pm, 2 hrs go by and they haven't done it, been calling for an hour to catch them before they close and they just forward all calls to voice-mail I can assume because they're afraid they might have to stay 1 min past closing to help out a patient. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.

I enjoyed my visit at Aspen despite the long process for a simple service. Services were great and I loved my experience with Makayla (I know for sure I misspelled her name - sorry!). Her customer service, friendliness, cheerfulness, knowledge, politeness and overall experience with her was awesome! We laughed the entire time. The other 2-3 office staff I encountered was good as well. I can't say I will or won't be back but I do appreciate them taking me in for same day service.

Diagnosed with horrible diseases and prescribed thousands of dollars of treatments here. Second opinion and all previous dentists said my teeth are fine.

I've had some pretty bad trauma in my life at the dentist since I was a child but the dr did pretty well knowing the trauma I had been through so she helped me out. Yeah I was numbed up and sure it's still hurt a little but this had to be done and I'm thankful for what she has done for me.
