This was my first visit. Friendly staff and I feel confident in continuing with more appointments. I've had a lot of dental work done in the last couple years because of an accident and I plan on finishing that work here.

Aspen Dental is a horrible place!!! My husband had an exam and an x-ray ( which is free), before he left the 1st appointment they took $200.00 for 2 extractions. He made his 2nd appointment and had to cancel due to blood thinners. His next appointment was canceled due to covid and our grandchild being life flighted. Well he final made it there this morning and they wanted another $200.00! He asked why and was thrown out of the office and was told the cops will be called! What kind of scam is this place. Because my husband has a loud voice you will not service him??? I hope this place gets shut down! Just horrible

All of the staff are super friendly!!I am so happy I found them online and I am very excited that I will be getting my smile thanks to them.I recommend this establishment to anyone for sure !!!Thank you Aspen Dental

I can't say that dental work is my favorite thing but Dr. Dax and his assistants Bre and Ke do a fantastic job making sure you are well aware of what's going on. Kim has been very efficient with getting me scheduled and worked on in a timely manner along with Tawny going over all of the treatment options with me. Great job Dr. Dax and team at Aspen (Ontario, Oh).

they scheduled me for a cleaning. I went to my appointment and they told me I needed to come back for the cleaning. That it was going to be schedule 2 months from the first appointment. I called a week after to confirm the date for my cleaning and they said: "nothing has been schedule because we don't know when we will get a hygienist. But you are on a waiting list." WHAT?????? this is unacceptable. You didn't even tell me I was going to wait for nothing. Not even mentioning the fact that calling this office takes for ever... one person puts you on hold then then next puts you on hold... I am going to get a release form signed now and go to a dentist that can actually see me.

The staff and dentist were extremely nice. The lady that took me back and set up for the dentist went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet.

The Ontario Aspen Dental is great. All, and I mean, ALL of the people there are friendly to start off - the receptionist, the finance person, the dental assistants, the x-ray takers, and the Dr. Because of this you will feel welcome and comfortable despite the fact that you know you are there to deal with the debacle called your mouth. I went in initially with a tooth that had began to crack. They took x-rays, and Dr. Dax took a look and told me that he could save the tooth if I got a root canal and crown. The root canal was not done there but at a specialist (who I highly recommend), so they have no reason to lie to you. After my root canal, they got me in quickly to get my temporary crown and a permanent one as soon as possible (even calling me to get a sooner time when someone cancelled because they knew I wanted to get it done ASAP). Dr. Dax is down to Earth, makes sure you are comfortable, checks with you along the way while working, explains things kindly, and really does a thorough job. If you are hesitating on getting some work done, don't hesitate, get in to Aspen as soon as possible - tell them the issue, and rest assured you are in good hands.

The office staff was wonderful! The Dr was great. The hygienist..... nice but in my 66 years it was the first time tears flowed. She was very ruff and unapologetic, and I'm a person who has never had numbing when I get teeth drilled. Oh well..... all in all a good experience.

I had all my teeth pulled and didn't feel anything. The only pain was from a dry socket and it was just a slight ache. I told the Dr. and he took care of it right away. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.

I hate to go to the dentist but I had a broken tooth and had to get it taken care of. They were able to get me in the same day.and the dentist was very patient with me seeing that I was very nervous. I really appreciated his taken his time and being very gentle with me. I have other teeth that need taken care of and I will go back to aspen dental

Very impressed....I am new to the Dental business of Aspen. They were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. (THE WHOLE STAFF) Dr. Patel does not only do his job well. He seems to genuinely care about you the patient, and not all about the money. As so many try to steer you into. Glad Mansfield, Ohio has a good dental facility like this.

I am terrified of any dental work. I typically need to be sedated before procedures. But this time i needed 6 extractions, and my pain tolerance was low. I was treated well. Made comfortable and assured it would be a quick and mostly painless procedure. And they held true on their promise. It's day 1 and my mouth (while in pain from the trauma of extraction). I am relieved of the nerve pain I was experiencing before. I will be returning to Aspen Dental, (Mansfield, Ohio) for any further dental work. The staff is awesome and so friendly.

Had a denture emergency but because they were not made by this company they would not fix them. This service should be open to anyone with an emergency, not pick and choose because it isn't your brand!

I love the staff there. They all do amazing job and make sure that you understand everything that is going on and walk you through the steps they are going to do. Makes you feel like your part of their family
