Avoid. The dentists here are strange. They hardly say anything. It's bizarre. The woman is downright mean, she really hates me!! Oh brother. Stay away. I think they have issues.

Staff was always VERY rude, they told me how much my insurance would cover for my dentures and they were WAY off leaving me a HUGE bill and my lower permanent dentures broke in half after 3 months when I was eating a graham cracker. They said they would "repair" them AFTER I paid my balance. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Was asked to arrive at 7 a.m. for a 7:15 a.m. appt. Patiently waited as others after me were seen. Man came in for an 8 a.m. appt. was taken in while I was still waiting. No explanation, no apologies. After waiting an hour, I left.

I walked in and out today,lady at the desk didn't even look at me as I walked in with pain.then said she had nothing til september.im so glad my dentist came back from vacation.i do not recommend aspen dental.ps all I heard in the back was women gossiping.i truly don't recommend aspen.

Just moved to the area and it has been a great experience with them. My tooth cracked and they were able to get my first appointment the same day due to a cancelation and then extracted it the next morning. The dentist was so gentle and they were very nice helping me relax since I was nervous. The staff in the office are very friendly, positive, and not judgmental to the work I need done. Definitely go to aspen if you're living in the oneonta area!

I made an appointment 3 was ago for 7/26(1st avail) 7/25 they texted me to reschedule. I called Kingston and Oneonta, neither can see me for another month. I have lost 1 filling and part of another. As others have said, I have infection setting in. I live an hour from either place. I have doxycycline caps that I open and put on empty space. Please don't give me customer service phone number, what could they do? I have already said what I need to. They can read it here

Dr. Delacruz is wonderful! They made me a same day appointment when I was having trouble with my new dentures, did a soft fitting and addressed my issues immediately. No attitude or sarcasm, great team!!

Every single employee in this office treated me respect and never once made me feel less than for the state of my teeth. They are absolutely beautiful people who treated me with dignity and compassion.
