The services are pretty good, however it seems that some of the staff is overworked and underpaid, and sometimes rude. I will not say more for fear of repercussions when I visit again. Also, since I know customer service will say to reach out to them, I will say this: you might want to consider adding more dental staff because it's not fair for one dentist to take 20 or 30 patients a day five days a week. For any staff who might be reading this, I am NOT complaining about the quality of service. The services are very good.

Aspen Dental in Olean NY has revived my faith in Dentistry. Everyone there from the front desk to Billing to Clinical staff and Drs, they are friendly, courteous and don't try and force you to get anything done. Finally, I have had essentially pain free care on my teeth again! I recommend Aspen Dental 10/10.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I went for a cleaning. After several appointments and them convincing me that I needed unnecessary work, I still hadn't received the cleaning. They told me they didn't have a hygienist but had hired one and I'd see one soon. Every single thing they did was a separate appointment. It was very strange. I had 7 separate appointments! The dentist was awful. He smeared my spit all over my face as he reached into my mouth. He ripped out a perfectly good crown that I didn't have any issues with and replaced it with one that kept falling off. The area around the new crown took almost a year to heal. I couldn't get the crown to stay on and stopped trying after I almost swallowed it. I paid my bill in full and they claimed that I didn't. They sent it to collection because I refuse to pay what they claimed that I owed, so now that is now on my credit report. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN. They are predatory and dishonest. I don't know where they found that dentist. I've been to many dentists over my lifetime. I always went every 6 months. The Aspen dentist treated me very poorly. I never could have imagined such a terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible. I visited today after having tooth pain. The first visit was free, thank goodness. The staff were great, but I question their integrity. I was diagnosed with a tooth infection and needing a root canal, but they didn't prescribe me antibiotics and encouraged me to make an appointment with an oral surgeon. I'll be seeking a second opinion.

Everyone was excellent. From the time you walked in til the time you left everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Dr Goodbinder, Cathy and Jacklyn were excellent.

The dentist was rude and obnoxious. Told me I had big dinosaur teeth and made me cry and feel awful about myself. She pretty much told me there was no hope for my teeth. Would not recommend at all!!!! I go to Valley View Dental now and they are so nice & pleasant!

My experience with the local Aspen Dental proofed to me why all the locals I asked said to avoid Aspen Dentel in Olean, NY. My husband went in about getting "a" tooth pulled. They said come in for a free exam and assessment. After a dentist picked through his whole mouth. They said come out to the desk and we will discuss your options. $15,000 in work. They was not interested in pulling the tooth he was in pain from, just the whole deal. Fast forward a few years and I started having dental issues. I called my insurance to see who they used. And was told it was Dr Goodbinder (Aspen Dentel). Right away I had a very difficult time scheduling or even getting the proper phone number. After a few days of trying. I was able to get someone on the line. I scheduled an appointment and was told I needed clearance from my cardiologist and wanted her name. I didn't hear from them again for 2 weeks when I called and asked. I was told that my cardiologist could not be reached and so they just didn't call me. So I got the clearance for them. They pulled the tooth as I requested. After xRays and all that. I pay my bill all good. Two days later I find bone in the back of my mouth inflamed and painful. I called as was brought right in. Dentist numbs area barely touches the bone area. And says I thought it was a bone spur but I think that your gums have split and you need an antibiotic and a oral surgeon. One month out. More xRays was done again. One month later. I go into see the oral surgeon. I got another xRay this time a full mouth. The surgeon comes in. Sticks his finger in my mouth flicks the bone a few times and says there it was a "bone spur"! Charges me double what it cost to pull the tooth for this. I pay the bill. But wait they only take money they don't give change. They will add the access money to your account as credit. A month later I have a tooth break. I make an appointment and upon arrival. I'm told the cost for today. When I asked why it was more then the tooth extraction I made appointment for. I was told I "hadn't had a full exam and work up with xRays. So I needed to do that before". I could deal with my needs. I told them I just had xRays. But that was before the tooth broke. Sorry it broke on the exposed side not underneath. No need for more XRays, and I'm not looking to spend everything I have at the dentist. This place just wants to push and push for more and more. They don't care if you want the work or can afford it!!! No wonder everyone says avoid them. Not to mention that the Dentist is rude and barely speaks two words before he rushes out the door!

Been here for 30 minutes waiting for an 8am appointment that I confirmed before coming. Not sure why a dental clinic would be 30+ minutes behind schedule first thing in the morning. Edit: 40 minutes late now. About to walk out. This is very disrespectful of my time. Edit 2: once they brought me in, they were nice and worked quickly. I hope that the delay was just an anomaly.

Went in for xrays, the lead nurse was very rough, and really hurt the root of my mouth. She and the rest of the staff here were just not friendly at all, everyone seems very on edge, they were even bickering with eachother accross the hall, while i was being examined. Went back for a simple cleaning. Showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment, and yet 3 other people who showed up after me were all seen first. I understand that we probably were not all seeing the same doctor, but i waited for 45 minutes their just to be seen for a cleaning. My doctor finally saw me 30 mins later than our scheduled appointment time. She was very nice and knowledgeable, and so was the older male doctor i had seen the day prior, they were both really nice and informative. But by the time i finally got called in i was pretty unhappy about having to wait 45 minutes just to be seen for a cleaning, that I was professional enough to show up early for. The rest of the staff was just not very pleasant to be around. And they just do not seem to mind wasting a patients' time here

I took my 88 year old Dad in to have his temporary partial adjusted. Waited in the waiting room and inquired how much longer. I was told another 30 minutes and that they were short staff. I said oh no, do you normally make calls to let people know? A woman's voice from out back said "wanna reschedule". I said "I don't know who I'm talking to but no, we're already here". Her tone was not cut out for customer service. Everyone else was professional. Addition: Terrible experience. The first partial was made incorrectly but the dentist kept shoving it in my dads mouth to get it to fit. I had to finally tell him to not put it back in my fathers mouth. He told me to back up. I hadn't moved. He left in a huff and sent in a guy from the lab. The device was made wrong and had a piece of metal jabbing my dads gum. The dentist didn't see it? The guy from the lab easily saw that. Just returned from a 4th follow up. Still no partial. We have to go back again on the 26th because for the next couple weeks, everyone will be gone for a conference or something. It's been one frustration after another. Also. Be careful about what they bill you for. Why does an 88 year old man need 2 minor fillings or fluoride. Very dissatisfied.

I hate dentist but this place has chanced my opinion on them. I had the best experience here, the workers are very patent and work so well with you. I couldn't have picked a better place to go.

I had my 1st visit at aspen Dental and right away, tooth #31 was pulled which was causing me pain, I was told my Aetna part c Medicare dental Insurance would pay for the entire cost of my x-rays and tooth e extraction, I'm very pleased.....

Recently went to Aspen Dental in Olean for the first time and I couldn't have asked for a better dental experience. Everyone there was very professional but also kind and comforting. They went over every detail of the work that I needed and answered the questions that I asked very thoroughly. The technology that they have is very impressive as well.

Can't say enough about the treatment I received everyone was so nice appointment was right on time explained everything to me and are going forward with my treatment plan ASAP within 2 weeks of my initial appt
