What a great experience today at Aspen Dental. The girls here work so well with each other. From the kind and courteous front desk gal who remembered my name from an earlier phone call prior to coming in, to the awesome tech Perla, who went beyond her duties to help, and the dental assistant Jessie who is so kind to walk me through all the steps and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be through the process. Thank you Dr. Cavazos for your understanding and big smile to assure that all will be ok. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I came in to get and paid for a permanent reline a few months ago but denture still didn't fit came back in to get it adjusted and dentist put in a soft reline that after only 3 months started coming off. I called back to complain and make appointment for them to give me the permanent reline I paid for and I was told there was a whole new staff so I was excited to try them again but today when I went in for the hard reline my denture fit worse then when I came in and I was THEN told since my denture wasn't made by Aspen Dental they can't guarantee anything. I was very upset and wanted to know why I wasn't told this before I started this whole process and she (the new dentist) said she couldn't do anything about it because it was before she came so apparently Aspen Dental doesn't stand behind the work they do. I was going to spend several thousand dollars getting my bottom teeth done but now there is no way and I will be calling the office tomorrow to find out how to reach the owner of the company and filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I left with dentures that fall out of my mouth and told if I want a soft reline put back on just so I can wear them again I'll have to pay for it. Dentist admitted she never read my history of what was going on with my issue she had just been updated by her office team. If she would have checked my history personally she would have seen my denture wasn't purchased from Aspen Dental and could have told me the reline wouldn't work and I would have at least had dentures that fit until I could get back to my regular dentist. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO GET IN WITH AN ESTABLISHED DENTIST. HARD AND EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED FOR SURE!!!!!

Last week I made an appointment for a new patient/normal check up. The staff at this location were all very nice & welcoming. While I can't remember the dentist I saws name she was also very nice and informative. The only problem was they all seemed very overworked and understaffed. There was only one dentist and one hygienist helping probably 5-6 patients all at the same time. Here you can hear and see other patients and I saw the dentist go from one patient to another to another to another. I honestly felt bad for her it seemed she didn't get a break and was just running around. I waited around for about 40mins just to have a 5min exam from her. I didn't realize I wouldn't even be getting a teeth cleaning that day? You have to schedule another appointment after your first initial one for a cleaning. This seems bizarre to me. As a nurse myself, it also just didn't feel like a very clean or sterile like environment like previous dentist offices I've been in. Turns out I need to get some fillings, but I have decided not to go back there again after reading reviews and speaking with others. I called to cancel my appointments and they were nice I believe I spoke with Brandy and she refunded me the money that I had to put down to schedule those appointments. Overall staff is amazing but they are WAY over worked which I fear could cause something bad to happen. I recommend finding somewhere else to go.

Permanent damage resulting in a ROOT CANAL! I came to Aspen Dental on Memorial Rd. in Oklahoma City - Edmond because my filling had fallen out of my molar. It just needed drilled a little to clean it up and then re-filled. I felt as though this was going to be a simple case because I wasn't even feeling any pain with the filling out. As soon as the Novocain wore off, I was in pain from where the work had been done. I could feel that the dentist had drilled so far up that it seemed like half of my tooth was now gone. She had also sanded my tooth up so that my top and bottom teeth didn't even touch anymore. This made my molar useless for eating and grinding food. I didn't have dental insurance at the time and had paid out of pocket. So I had to wait to get it fixed until I could pay for it. I spent two months in pain. I couldn't eat at all on that side of my mouth where the work had been done because if anything pushed on the filling, it was instant pain. I got dental insurance in September and researched where I wanted to go to get this fixed. I decided upon Dental Depot in Moore. The dentist there knew instantly after examination that the tooth had been drilled way too far up and that the filling was hitting up against my nerve. I had to have a root canal because of the mistakes that the Aspen Dental dentist made!! During the root canal procedure, the Dental Depot dentist commented at how there was barely anything between my filling and my nerve; no wonder I was in so much pain! The nerve was also infected and I have to take antibiotics. Dental Depot was amazing and fixed my tooth! I would not recommend going to this Aspen Dental location. I was left in pain and a botched filling that resulted in a root canal! Dentists like the one that I had at Aspen Dental in Edmond give Aspen Dental a bad reputation. I had a horrible experience and will never go to another Aspen Dental location because of the trauma, time, and money that it has cost me.

I was charged over $700 for work that has not happened. When I spoke to their corporate rep, she said I did get service, right...???? Impressions.....that is it! So watch out....your appointment will cost you in the hundreds of dollars. Oh yeh, their policy is to charge you for the work just to get you on the calendar.....WHAT???????

Good luck getting your teeth cleaned here. If you're flexible it might be fine, but after being rescheduled multiple times for a simple cleaning I'm done with this place.

UNORGANIZED. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the staff is great.

I like Aspen Dental however when it comes to them returning phone calls. They get a big fat 0!!!I have called and left a message on 3 different days , trying to cancel my appointment, but have not received a call back. Then I received an email today advising me to confirm my appointment.. I am so frustrated with this part of Aspen Dental..

Don't go here! Only one dentist and one dental assistant, make an appointment you might not even be seen for a simple extraction!! They over charge, I had a $50 copay they wanted $90!!!! They are scamming people!!! Not even a customer service line. Aspen dental on memorial is a joke.

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because of how helpful the front office staff were as well as their technician. I went in trying to get an extraction done, they looked over everything and told me the center manager would let me know when I could schedule an appointment. They informed me I could get it done that morning, only for me to hear the one dentist available complain about it for over 30 minutes until I just decided to get up and leave on my of accord. Extremely unprofessional given that the rooms are entirely open, and I could clearly hear him say to the technician with a different patient in the chair that my procedure would be "too hard" and the other patient apparently seemed shocked to which he says "not you, the one across the hall" which not only is extremely uncomfortable to hear as someone who is trying to pay for a procedure to be done, but makes me have no trust in someone who is supposed to be performing this procedure. Heads up if that dentist sees this: if saying that a patients procedure is "too hard" shocks the person in your chair, take a moment to think how that makes the actual person feel. Instead of complaining about it for 30 minutes in a space where everyone can hear you, take a moment to step aside and speak with your colleagues to find something that works for you and work within your limits.

Getting a tooth pulled sucks. But that made it pretty easy. They were short staffed so I had to wait around a little bit. That's my only complaint. But they can't help it.

The waiting room was hot and uncomfortable. There was a lot of waiting during the process. They pressure you into a dental credit card. I don't like the salesman approach to my teeth. I was really uncomfortable the whole process

I came to this dentist for mouth pain. I found the source of my pain and discussed treatment. Everybody I spoke to was very kind, and made me feel welcomed. The office was also clean.
