They took me quickly for an emergency extraction. They made sure I understood what was happening and what else I would need to do to have a healthier smile and they worked with me on payment! Great experience given the circumstances.

It's sad when your wife goes here to get her teeth fixed and nothing gets happen but gets yelled at by a doctor instead they want to comment back saying they push the comment to whoever well the situation she's already called the board of education she's already called the better Business bureau she's already put two corporate complaints in and all she asked for was a refund on she can't wear cuz they don't fit it's very sad at this establishment your doctors are allowed to yell at the customers physically yell at them but when you raise their voice you're not allowed to say anything to them just absolutely sad when you know the last doctor was fired for slapping a patient just sad

They think it's OKAY to treat people horrible. Dentist is allowed to YELL at you!!! I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB, even though I know it won't help my child get her dentures fixed right that she paid in full. I will come on here weekly and give a bad review.

This is my second visit with a family member here. I find there system organized and quick. The staff are extremely kind, considerate and compassionate. I walked away feeling heard, respected and truly with a warm friendly feeling and so much more at ease than when we arrived. Thankful and grateful!

One of the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life paid in full for dentures two sets only have one the other side does not fit nor looks good too big for the mouth try to have them fixed today the dentist ( DR.PATEL ) DECIDED HE WAS GOING TO YELL AT ME AND SAY WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO FIX THEM OR NOT SO THEN ONCE I GET LOUD WITH THEM THEY WANT TO TELL ME I'M NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THEIR DENTIST LIKE THAT BUT THEIR DENTIST IS ALLOWED TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS HOWEVER HE PLEASES. I have called corporate twice and filed two corporate complaints I will be calling the Business bureau come Monday.! Absolutely disgusting with the way that dentist treated people I would prefer to have the old dentist there that got fired for slapping a lady cuz she didn't like her dentist that's well more treated than this new dentist they have .! On top of everything as I was leaving I made the comment to them that I was going to go to a different Aspen dental office to have them fixed oh they permanently banned me from every office known to man with Aspen dental but in the contract did not fulfill their end .!

I had been to Aspen Dental before and was very pleased with their services...but I recently had a tooth break and needed to get in to see the dentist. I received a phone call to gather my insurance information and the girl (receptionist) was extremely rude to me. She told me my dental insurance was cancelled. I told her she was looking at my old dental insurance policy with my former employer. I tried to explain that I have a new dental policy with a new employer, but she attempted to explain to me that I was wrong. Dear Lord...I then asked if I could still come in and get the tooth taken care of. She told me no and then explained that I would only get a consultation on my first visit. I attempted to explain to her that I am having a dental emergency and she told me that I would have to schedule a second appointment to get it taken care of. I gave up and called another dental service. They got me in immediately and were very polite and understanding with me. I will never go back to Aspen Dental even if I was dying of a dental emergency. The young lady at the front desk should be fired and replaced with a courteous individual who understand human relations. I have begun telling all my friends, family and co-workers of my negative experience at Aspen Dental and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this business.

No complaints. Everyone was super friendly and I didn't have to wait long. Was able to book an appointment quickly online and show up same day for an evaluation and treatment plan. Very flexible for payment and everyone was just super kind. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Already recommended to a few friends and coworkers.

It's unprofessional to set an appointment for 1 p.m. and your still sitting here waiting for the services that you paid for in advance to even begin. Totally unprofessional. 2 hours and counting! It's sad when aspen dental in Georgia actually has great response time for the appointments they set, while the aspen dental doesn't care if you are an existing patient from out of state! Purely Pathetic business practices.

Unbelievable! I was cut and ended up with an infection, just getting x-rays done and was charged over $700 for work that has not even happened yet!! Stay away from Dr. Patel - he is rude and arrogant. I asked for accountability for my injury - a call, concern, and was told I was not a patient anymore. He yanked the paper off my neck and I was asked to leave. REALLY??? I guess Aspen Dental does not understand compassion, care for patients or being human. THEY HURT ME AND THIS IS THE WAY I AM TREATED. They have multiple law suites and many being overcharged. RUN AWAY do not us any ASPEN DENTAL offices.

Aspen dental waisted my entire day. I had an emergency, needed a tooth pulled. When I make the appointment I yell them I need exact pricing because I have no insurance. They assured me it would be a certain price only to tell me after waiting around all day that it would be over a hundred dollars more than originally stated. I'm in pain and they don't care. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you in here.

I was happy with the way they handled my insurance.. I had insurance until the end of the month then it was cancelling due to no longer being on SSID. The insurance wasn't wanting to pay for a full set of dentures,. They was saying that I wasn't covered by dental but I was up to $4,000.00. When Aspen Dental called them they said that ok I was covered but it was to cancel by 9/30. Aspen dental listened to me saying if it cancels on 9/30 and it's only 9/15 then whatever I have done up until the 30 of the month should be covered. Aspen dental staff took the time and talked to the insurance and I'm getting my new set of dentures tomorrow.. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

This place is a joke. Office staff is not professional. I watched the receptionist talk disrespectful to several potential customers that called. The wait time for our appointment was horrible. We were not seen till almost 1.5 past our appointment time then we were rushed though. We went in simply to have a tooth pulled and next thing I knew we were in an office and they wanted $5000. This place is just out for money. They schedule as many patients as possible and even take walk ins to try and get as much money as possible. This place should be illegal it's full of rejects!

The staff was friendly the dentist done i good job on pulling my tooth the only problem I have is give me a treatment plan without explaining what it all means and if there is any other option?

Office staff and assistants are great.. The dentists however, have a God complex. I had an extraction and a root canal on the same side, same day, same time, prescribed nothing for pain. Two days later all the numbing medicine wore off and I was intense pain. Called the emergency answering service 4 times without a callback from the on-call dentist; I waited 3 hrs before giving up.. I will not be going back, ever. Save yourself a lot of pain (literally) and go somewhere else.
