First time going to aspen dental and I am simply amazed! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt taken care of and my concerns and questions answered. I'm terrified of dentist normally but aspen dental has help me get over a little bit of that fear. The staff is exceptional and friendly and they offer flexible financing for those who don't have insurance like myself while it's still expensive (any dentist is ) they are willing to work with you to get the smile you want and deserve

I went to have a tooth looked at. Needed to have it repaired or pulled. Spent 3 hours there and before they told me about my tooth I went to have looked at they proceeded to tell me that I need to have all of my lower teeth pulled and a upper partial plate. I need to have 2 teeth pulled to take care of my tooth that I went to have looked at. This was the first time I was there. My my teeth are still in decent condition. no loose teeth or cavities. Why wouldn't they try to maintain my nature teeth. Quoted me about 5000 dollars to have work done. Feel like they just wanted to make money from me and didn't care about maintaining my teeth . Will not go back

Scammed me out of $600. I went in for a tooth implant consultation. They told me it was $600 to be looked at. At the front desk prior to going in the back I told them my genesis card only has a $2,000 limit so if the total cost is more than that there's no reason for a consultation. They sent me back there anyway. AGAIN once I got back there I told them the same thing. They said they will talk to the people up front, never did! Long story short, they eventually told me it would be 6,000 for a tooth implant. So basically I forced into a $600 fee for no reason. They KNEW I didn't have enough to go ahead with the procedure as I expressed that thoroughly prior! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The Best Dentist trip ever since My Beloved Dentist, Dr . Robert Elliott retired. Love it! Since my adult teeth been in I was a frequent patient to the Dentist office.

At Aspen Dental across from the Lansing Mall. In general, the visit was okay. The person that took my x-rays and took care of me was very pleasant and cordial. It was strange, I never got to see any of the x-rays that were taken and go over them with the doctor. When I went to check out, the lady that does the scheduling and payments, was coughing and covering her cough with her bare hand. She took my credit card and handed it back. Luckily there was hand sanitizer close by.

Everyone at Aspen Dental in Okemos is knowledgeable and helpful. I had been avoiding getting dental care for years due to anxiety and pain with prior dental work. They made a stressful situation much more manageable and took the time to explain the treatment plan and financial commitments. LeeAnn, the hygienist, fit me into her schedule and even worked through her lunch hour to accommodate my availability. Thanks to everyone for helping me turn over a new leaf and have a healthier smile!

KERI THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU AND YOUR TEAM ARE THE BEST!! You were so sincere and genuine in trying to help us. We so very much appreciate you!! My boyfriend has been suffering with broken crowns and cavities for 3 years. She went above and beyond to find us discounts and look at alternative options and was super kind and patient the whole way thru. Facility was super clean and we really felt cared for. Thank you all again.

Trust at your own risk... I've had bad experiences with dentists but this was by far the worst, and my childhood dentist is in prison... Waking up during surgery is one thing, even after I warned them I don't go out easy. I suspect my movements to get their attention, as I couldn't scream, could be why I have problems now. Just do your research, I didn't, I trusted the Aspen name after it worked in another state and now Ill be paying for it the rest of my life.

LeeAnn the Hygienist is absolutely worth chosing this location as your primary dentist she is thorough genuine and makes going to the dentist easy.

This place sucks. I went once and it was decent. Now I'm trying to call for emergency dental care bc I'm in excruciating pain. They put me on hold, claimed they don't do emergency care and that they won't be available for 3 days. Also have no idea how to help me but supposed to be a dentistry. Wouldn't recommend. Also customer service is very dismissive.

Absolutely the best dental office I have been to . I have been searching for a good dentist. Office . Have had terrible past experiences with other dental offices . They welcome you , they truly take of their patients. .They have a life time patient !! The staff is knowledgeable . Wait times have never had me waiting over 10 minutes from when my appointment time .

Somehow this place makes going to the dentist enjoyable. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I will be a lifelong patient.
