Receptionist very friendly...dentist seemed distracted a little. When my first visit with an obvious infection in a tooth with root exposed they were not concerned with getting rid of infection just how much money they could obtain from future visits. I was told no antibiotics would be issued because I didn't want to pay for an over $2000 tooth cleaning.. well now I will be paying another dentist for some of the same services. Just because you can carry a fake hello doesn't mean you care about a person's well being.

Beginning with online appointment scheduling to completion of the first appointment was great. The staff was very friendly and skilled at what they do. Kahlyn was amazing in explaining all that my insurance would cover and assisted with scheduling my next appointment.

I did not have a great experience today. As a customer and dealing with a crisis with your teeth, you are looking for empathy. I called and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow at 2:15pm I was not informed when I called to scheduled the appointment that someone would be calling me to confirm the appointment. I later in the day received a call from the office that my appointment time was given to someone because I did not answer the phone when they called to confirm. I was at work. I thought when I spoke to someone and set the appointment that was all I had to do. I called the office to inform them I was not aware someone would be calling to confirm as I was not able to answer the phone at work. I ask why was my appointment given away, Kylie in the office immediately became defensive and her tone while talking to me was unnerving. She finally told me in a ride way "you can cancel your appointment:. I am embarrassed because I was missing a tooth and all I wanted was an earlier appointment. I have dentures and my dentures cracked and the rest fell out. I was prepared to spend thousands for new dentures or partials. I am going to cancel my appointment because I am not going to spend my money where I am not appreciated..What a way to treat customers.Jackie.

My mother had extensive work done and developed blisters. When she called, she could not speak to a dentist, but was offered an appointment three weeks later. I called and asked for the Dr. to call her and speak to her. I was told he is very busy but I could leave a message for the doctor. One week later, she still has not heard from the doctor. Very unprofessional.

Did not push extra services. When and for a specific procedure there x-rayed to see what needed to be done it was done excellent service

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit. Dr Patel, the hygienist, the dental assistant, and the wonderful office manager. The whole office was just great.

I had bad experience and was fearful of going to the dentist. The dentist was gentle and made my experience pleasant. I am no longer fearful

This place is an absolute joke! They schedule appointments, but when you show up, they tell you that they tried calling & texting you to confirm the appointment. I received neither. Also, I enrolled with Motto where they advised me that my insurance was picking up $2,000 of it, and my portion was $1,000. Now they claim my insurance has denied the claim! Anyone else have this problem? Complete frauds!

I feel very deceived, heartbroken and depressed! I believed doing this would make me feel good again but it's so much worse. I wouldn't recommend anybody getting dentures or Implants done at Aspen. I'm very concerned about posting this review as I'm still in their care and worried about retailation but I really want to help others avoid what happened to me. My treatment plan is for extractions, top/bottom implants for snap in dentures. My husband saved for 2.5yrs to be able to pay to get this done. Husband is active duty military and our time to move is coming up, we needed to use a place with locations across country. I figured the horror stories I've read were rare, "that won't happen to me"! I couldn't wait any longer. In pain and no longer left the house due to my teeth, which ultimately effected my 2y/o. Told after insurance plus discount my out of pocket was 7.2k. Told insurance would pay over 6k. I kept asking how as I knew my insurance max annual is only $1,500, which it also said so on their quote. This was a major concern for me and we discussed it for awhile. I was told since they have thousands of offices and deal with insurance that their estimates are extremely accurate. I told them I'm very worried that I'll start all this then in middle of treatment plan be told oops your insurance only paid 1.5k and you owe us another 4.5k more! I was told something that extreme doesn't happen, told not to worry. I said I wanted them to send a pre authorization to my insurer to make sure, I was told that I'd be very lucky if they got it back in only 45days, typically takes much longer. That its basically pointless. Very high pressure sales here. BIG mistake, it's all about getting you to agree for their numbers. I was in pain physically and mentally so I trusted them. I paid them $4,300 which is the required 60% down off my out of pocket, to be able to even schedule apt. 5/9 extractions and implants placed. Procedure went well, Doctor G was gentle. He made it so I had very manageable pain after. But I got home and started crying bc I couldn't close my mouth/lips w/ the dentures. My lips are wide open over 1inch because teeth were too big protruding outve my mouth. I looked scary insane. I called crying, lied to told no apt till 8days, website showed otherwise. Go in, told theyll remake them. Had infection I told them at 1week apt that was ignored. Went back 1.5wk later for antibiotics being physically sick, implant bleeding pus and painful. Went too long causing my implant to fail and fall out. I've had 2 wax tryin for denture remake, all of them not made right where I cannot close my mouth/lips together normally. Teeth protruding out and mouth wide open. I was so excited to finally see myself w/ teeth I dreamed of to only be given same ones for try in. They're obviously making same generic set of teeth not taking into account each patients anatomy. 2nd try in they only put smaller teeth in, same issue just extremely gummy. Top teeth need moved up and bottoms down like I keep saying. I've been there so many times I can't count. This whole time I've been without wearable teeth even tho I paid for teeth to be worn asap. We scheduled redo of implant and 3rd wax try in coming up June 28th. Even if they finally get wax try in right by time teeth are done that's 2 months without teeth. Teeth I paid being I wanted them immediately! Worst part of all, yesterday I get letter in mail saying exactly what I was originally concerned about...told wouldn't happen, happened...a bill for $4,400 MORE!!!welp your insurance only paid $1,500. That's over 60% more I have to pay and I still don't have teeth and failed implant setting me back almost 2 more months. That's so much money being were on military income and I'm a stay at home mom. There's noway she didn't know this could happen being it's literally her job...I was decived. Before getting this bill I've been so stressed and depressed about problems here then to get this...I don't know what to do now. I'll update as I'm sure there's more to come being only 2 months in and 6 more to go

They could give decent service for all i know, but i dont know because i didnt get past the initial info gathering phone call. When i asked them what they charge for a particular treatment if in the event that my insurance wouldnt cover it, they stated it was impossible for them to give me a price before i have the actual procedure done. Sorry, im not rich enough to get service without asking the price beforehand. So they lost a potential customer over this lame policy. Prices should not be secret or hidden from customers!

Dentist Debtist very attentive with my apprehension of needing an extraction. Dentist very quick!!! I have not had an extraction in 27 years. I was amazed how painless the procedure was. Also, very comfortable surroundings.

Zero starts I have been with aspen dental since 2019 in two different states before moving here. I never once showed up if anything I'm always 10-15 minutes early. Even after they butchered my tooth back in central Texas I gave them a chance. I finally got established here. I had an appointment set. I had to move my whole life around today to make this appointment just to be denied because I was 1 minute past the grace period. I reside on a military instillation. I left my home 30 minutes before my appointment so I'd get there early and the installation had a lock down and wasn't allowing vehicles off base at the time. Then I waited nearly an hour to speak with a manager who never came. I'm so over this franchise.
