The staff was so caring, professional, fast and very knowledgeable. I came in with the worst toothache and right away the team was quick to help me. Everyone was awesome from the front desk to the team in the back. There was no wait time. I came in at the same time with 4 other people and we all got taken care of. Will definitely recommend this place. I haven't received compassionate care in a long time. Thank you all , words can not describe my gratitude.

As a person who is terrified of dentists I can say with confidence this dentist is amazing. I have bad teeth and have been shamed before about it. This office made me feel comfortable. I will be going back to continue my treatment plan. Wonderful and friendly staff.

The worst experience of my life. The doctors and denture manufacturer lady manufacturer lady in the office both lied to me and said that they would be ready by a certain date and they were not. When I expressed My unhappiness, I was told that I was told that I would not get my Dentures and that I was no longer welcome in the office. Rude, unprofessional, and don't seem to know

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. They are super professional and polite. The assistant Liz and the manager Janet are very thorough and make sure you understand everything regarding your dental care.

The most incompetent group of people I have ever seen, never can reach them , don't open on time, canceling appointments, wish I had never chosen aspen dental , no such thing as same day dentures once they got their money they were impossible to work with It's been over 8 months and still don't have dentures

Hello, Turns out this Office will Lie through their pretty teeth to you . As they listed the many Thousands of dollars I would need to pay out of pocket in Deep Cleanings, as well as antibiotic treatments. I was told they would NOT do my Fillings until this was completed first . So I was denied treatment , to help me save my teeth ! Just had my very professional Dental Hygienist Sister In Law clean my teeth in CA, I was told my gums are healthy and only had a little bit of build up .which was cleaned in about 30min . Also I do not have deep pockets like their Hygienist told me. All 3 NOT 5 ! DR. Rude is Rough anyways . ZERO STARS

This place is a rip off. The absolute worst. They over charge and the work is mediocre. The customer service is just terrible. They said they would refund my sister her money and they never did. Still trying to get her money back. Shouldn't be this hard to get a refund for work you didn't do or couldn't do. Especially when you said you were going to refund her. Would not recommend you use their services.

We appreciate you accepting us the only thing, we had a serious issue. We were to be 15 minutes before for paperwork but we arrived to a locked door. Excellent treatment from the crew just the locked door with no explanation or local number to call.

Scam company. Always keep receipts! They sell off cash paying customers accounts to debt collectors. Even if you paid in full in cash in the dental office, as is their policy. Total scam.

Took my daughter to get a check up the dentist and staff explained everything that she needed also referred me to a few orthodontists they were awesome and patient as they were doing the work on my daughters teeth I would recommend them to anybody thumbs up guys great job.
